I went to Stix N Tees in the Brea Mall to convert a drawing that my son made, into a t shirt for my husband. It was what my son wanted to make him for Christmas. The gentleman and the woman who helped us were so kind and friendly. The service was as AMAZINGLY fast, and I have since referred family. Suffice to say, the shirt was my husband's favorite gift!!!!

Fantastic print on the t-shirt! We got to the mall and he was able to complete the order in 30 mins for Father's Day! Excellent customer service and really well made gifts! Reasonable pricing, quick turnaround and would really recommend this pricing better than others nearby.Thank you so much for the awesome present

Good service! Needed a quick 2 shirts printed out for a Vegas wedding. I called the night before, didn't answer at first but called me back to assure me it would be done in time before I left. After the young lady helped me, he called me hours later, him not knowing his employee already made my shirts, just to reassure if I got what I needed in time.

BUYER BEWARE. You may get a totally different colored print than the one you selected and paid for. And if that's not bad enough, be prepared to get lip service and a bad attitude from the salesperson when you call out the mistake. Just bought 2 funny GUCCI-themed tees (bearing the brand's name and signature green & red stripes) for my kid - that he picked out looking at the mannequin samples - but when we went back to pick up the freshly printed tees, the stripes under the "GUCCI" were black and red. (Uh...anyone else confused about the brand's trademark colors?) I pointed out the clearly divergent print and the salesgirl answered in an annoyed tone, "My boss said this one's better, the new design." Does her absent boss's personal opinion matter, considering the sample on display was clearly GUCCI's deep green and red while mine is black and red? I asked why the "new" design wasn't the one on display then, and she very unapologetically gave me more attitude: "There are a LOT of Tshirts here and I just forgot to switch it out." Then she calls her boss to report the situation and speaks intentionally loudly into the phone, "That's what I told her! But the lady is upset because this looks different. This is the last thing I need right now...." The last thing SHE needs? Is it just me, or is basic customer service a thing of the past? It's pretty sad. Please train your salespeople with the basics, people.

They did a really good job on putting writing with a burst on super hero capes I brought to them. I needed a fast turn around for a meeting. They got it done. Fast. Professional. Good communication. The price was right as well.

After relentlessly hunting for a place that could put photos on 6 tee shirts before Christmas, I'm so happy to have found Stix N Tees! Every other place I called had a minimum of 28 pieces and a wait time of 2 weeks! The owner of this company responded within minutes and sent me detailed instructions of where to find them in the Brea Mall. I brought my T-shirts (they also supply them) and Elizabeth at the Brea Mall made my experience even better! She showed great attention to detail and really seemed to care about my goal in transferring special photos of my grandson onto T-shirts for my family. After being turned down by several printing companies, I have to say I'm quite impressed with the final product and the turnaround time! On top of everything, else, while dropping off my T-shirts I left a very special important notebook at the busy kiosk, but Elizabeth found it and put in a safe place for me. I trust this company and will definitely keep coming back!

Hello this is my third time coming to your shop and I been happy the 2 prior time but this time I'm Not happy with my purchase this time.. waited a week for my shirts to be done, to come back and my shirt the white one being printed incorrect on a men's shirt when I pointed it out the female bothered that she had to make a new one. She looked for another women's white crew shirt didn't find One I had to go walk around the mall and go through several stores to try and find a shirt when I finally brought one back she seemed annoyed to even help me. When I returned for the shirt she made it incorrectly AGAIN! And said she couldn't removed the print from the shirt I went around to go purchase. And told me what do you want me to do I can't take it off. Then made me buy a women's V neck white shirt I didn't want for 16 dollars after ruining the shirt I had to go look for purchase bcuz she rushed and made it was made incorrectly. I wasted 12 dollars on a shirt that was printed wrong that I'm not even going to wear

I have been here multiple times, friendly customer service will do you customized order in the least amount of time. Definitely will retune here for any custom T-shirts and have already referred multiple of my friends and family to this place!
