Lady making drinks was extremely rude. Her name is Amanda and if she hates her job that much she shouldn't be working in customer service especially at the mall.

The baristas are super nice here. 3 stars though because my decaf hot vanilla latte was just alright and a tad too sweet for a tall size. It was nice that my order was promptly made after ordering especially since it was not busy when I went. Will update my rating if I come back and order another drink from this location in Brea Mall.

Cashier was texting while taking my order. Couldn’t put her phone down or stop typing to plug my order in or take my name while I stood directly in front of her. With four other customers in line behind me, she made no effort to speed up line and give better service.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. 4 employees and one young lady making the coffees. And it appears the manager is just watching. It should never take 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I like Starbucks but I think I will avoid this one in the future.

This review is for the rude/sarcastic guy at the cashier today at around 4-5pm on 08/31/23! There was no line & we walked up to the cashier & we're about to order our drink but I quickly noticed my daughter was having an anxiety attack so I asked him if he can please give us a minute and I asked her if she was ok because she suffers with this really bad to the point of being hospitalized. So I glanced at the cashier and I urgently asked him if I can please have a cup of water because that helps my daughters anxiety. He had the nerve and sarcastically responded "is that all your having?" rolls his eyes, no smile, just attitude assuming that's all the we were getting. I responded to him that I was also going to order a drink, but that I needed water right away because my daughter was having an anxiety episode. He stops as if he doesn't even care that she's having anxiety, mind you she's shaking/crying & THEN has the nerve to ask me "can I get a name for the water"! He had no sense of urgency in an emergency situation, so I told him are you serious!?! And I literally just grabbed a bottled water that was in front of me instead since he wasn't willing to help us right away! I gave the bottled water to my daughter, and yes I paid for it and ordered my drink after she calmed down. This guy handled this situation poorly, I felt like he did not want to help us at all! There are two Starbucks locations in the mall so this is specifically for the one located near the malls main elevator right in the middle (NOT the Macys starbucks)

The girls who worked today 5-2-23 were super rude. They skipped my order and we're going ahead with everyone else's and when I asked about it she didn't apologize instead gave me attitude. Do better sbux your employees are crap.oh she also messed up my husbands drink. I'm assuming on purpose. I would go to the Starbucks in macys instead.

Ridiculous service here and gave me less than half cup of coffee when I ordered no ice. they can just charge more for no ice and I don't care but the gold hair woman over there were so fkin rude too when I asked for the ice cuz I ordered VENTI and they only gave me less than half cup! SUCKS.

First time they messed up my order and then the barista said that I’ll add to it right now and while she was adding to it she dropped the whole drink. And then she just took the same cup and added a more coffee to it. She handed it to us but then there was no ice we asked for ice and then she rudely asked “you need ice?” Yes we do!! This was literally a part of the original order. We asked to change the cup but she said that she changed it but I can still see the splashed on the outside of the cup. I just said okay and walked away. Me and my daughter drank some of it not even a lot! Just one grande size cup. The coffee was very caffeinated. And after a couple mins we felt like we were about to throw up and we felt nauseous. It was caffeine rush...still filling it after few hours. And we know how this drink should taste like because we always get it the same way. So therefore they messed up our order, were rude, didn’t change the cup, no ice, didn’t even make the drink again just gave us the old one, very caffeinated. We feel sick after this! Never coming back. Be careful if you have any medical conditions...these coffee can harm your health!!!! It was April 21 5:53PM 2023.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a cup of water and the guy told me that if I didn’t order it, I had to go back in line. He was super rude and left me hanging. If I could, I would give them no stars.

Very disappointed in their heartless Employee. I wish I knew her name! My niece was having a cough attack and the line to order a drink was super long. I asked the girl if I could please have a small cup of water (the nearby vending machine was out of order) and she asked if I placed the order online. I said no and she points to the line and said you have to go wait in that line. I said I'm really sorry to trouble you and she proceeds to say sorry I can't. You have to go wait in the line! What a cold hearted human! I finally found a decent young hispanic gentleman working at Cinnabon who gave me a cup of water. He even asked if I preferred no ice as he saw my poor niece coughing.

Service was quick and no complaints with our drinks. Our cashier was friendly, my only complaint is trash next to pick-up area was overflowing.

The service here is below average at best, the online pick up is ridiculous. I order ahead to not wait in line... Along if wanting to add a simple tap water to my order I must wait in line all over again... they clearly have a system that's just not working. Go to a Starbucks outside the mall.
