Was not happy with there customers service copy machine looked like they are never wiped down. Best old fashion way to go is UPS they will make copies for you too bad staples doesn't give you that option,and manager kept calling me hun.

I had a hard time printing multiple files. So I needed some help and there was this blonde girl on the counter who was rude and did not want to help. She was only walking around and doing nothing I forgot her name or I would put it on here. She was so desperate to leave because it was already 9pm. Not recommended if you want a great customer service!

Workers walking around and not helping. Even person up front kept Asking for Help! Half the store was empty. The chairs on sale were cute from when they open the box’s. The fella checking me out was a real help. He also help me to my car because what I bought was way to heavy for me to carry. I’m 79 years old. I ask this guy up front where is the Ink he pointed to at wall. When looking at the Chairs there was a guy working with a couple. The other man look at me sales no help!! Store empty too!! I spent 2 hours looking for things on my list.

This review is for the TSA precheck. It's straight in the back. In a little cubicle... Looks a little random compared to the rest of the store. I made an appointment for mid morning on Weds, no wait walked in immediately. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and explained each step of the way. I wish I got his name, he was great! Very easy process, took ~10 mins. If you filled the form online you just double check your info. You also get your picture taken, get your fingerprints taken and pay the 78 dollars. Remember to bring your proper documentation! You also get a coupon for 15% off an in-store purchase after every is completest
