Sam and his team are great to work with. They serviced my Nissan Altima swiftly and quickly. I've already told Sam I will be bringing in my other vehicle for servicing when the time is right. Might even slap on a new set of shoes for my ride also. Thank you Sam!

We went in for an alignment and two new tires and they forgot to put one of the small middle caps on one of the wheels. I called and asked if they could mail it to us because we had been visiting family in Brea when we had it done. They told us they wouldn’t mail it to us, even though it was their fault for not putting it back on in the first place. I had to ask a relative we visited to go pick it up. Very unprofessional. We won’t go there again or recommend them to anyone. Bad service.

20.00 more than the 50,000 mile tires

Tom was extremely helpful last week in seeing what the shop could do to help with the problems o had all while making sure it made sense financially for the shop but also to ensure I was happy. Hardworking crew here!

After being told by the dealership that I needed new tires at an unreasonable price, I decided to visit Discount Tire in Brea. I was helped by Tom, who, despite the busy shop, took the time to walk me through the various tire options and pricing. He made sure I never felt rushed and provided excellent customer service. I was able to get all four tires replaced and an alignment done quickly and at a much better price than what the dealership quoted. I’ll definitely return when it’s time for my tire rotation.

I always trust Sam with my car. He has a great attitude and is friendly and understanding of my concerns. Sam really knows cars and explains complex things in a simple way.
I took my car here for new tires, brakes and a full 60K service. He explained everything needed to be done and he even told me what was optional and not needed at this time, so I wouldn’t be wasting money. That’s why I trust him and would recommend anyone bring their car here for service. Sam also knew I was waiting there onsite, so he kept updating me on ETA and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks so much Sam!!

Last year, I took my vehicle in to Discount Tires multiple times because I heard a grinding sound while applying the brakes...the grinding noise your brakes make when they need to be replaced. Each time, the Discount Tires employee (the same older gentleman) told me it wasn't the brakes, that my brakes were fine. I was still hearing the same noice so I took my vehicle back in to Discount Tires once again (on Imperial in Brea) & told them I needed to know where the sound was coming from since it wasn't my brakes. The person (a different younger gentleman) at the counter tells me my brakes are bad and my rotors need to be changed!! Long story short, they put new rotors on my car without charge. I was told this was not the first time this had happened.
I was not planning on going back to Discount Tires but this week (Sept. 2025) my husband had a leaky tire, so he took the car there because he felt it would be fast and easy. He ended up asking for an oil change and tire rotation as well. Discount Tires had the car 8am. to 6pm. When we arrived at 6pm. to pick up the car, it was still up on the racks. We take the car home and the low oil light comes on. So first thing in the morning my husband takes the car back mentioning the low oil light and also the tires because my husband noticed that there was a mark on one of the tires and it was still in the same location, which made my husband question if the tires were even rotated. The Discount Tire employee said he'd have to look at the tires to know if the tires had been rotated. Guess what....NOPE!! The Discount Tires employee told my husband the tires had NOT been rotated.
Bottom line, if you take your car to Discount Tires on Imperial in Brea, make sure you keep an eye on the work that's supposed to be done. You may be paying for nothing...

I made an appointment to have the my tires rotated so every time I do that I mark my tires to make sure that they rotate them well guess what? I sat in the lobby and waited at 20-30 minutes and the job was never done and I was told that my car was ready, I marked my tires so that I know where they’re at when I drove up and where they should be when I leave I don’t think it’s right to buy tires from you and For the service and they did not do the service they lied to me which will now wear out my tires so I have to go somewhere else to get my tires Rotated.

Got an oil change done here, and they also quoted me on some high priority services I needed for my car. They said they would beat anyone else’s price.
When I found a smaller shop that quoted the same services for $200 less, I went back to Discount Tires Brea to see if they would match it. True to their word, they did, and even took an additional $50 off.
Many thanks to Tom and Sam for their quality work and care for my car (and my wallet!).
