Great shopping experience. No one ever wants to buy a mattress, but Sharon made thr experience easy. Best part, the mattress was delivered in a few days and after my first night I was happy with the decision. Thank you Sharon!

Bought our bed in 2020 since then we've had to replace bladder twice! Both times it was due to a slow leak. Absolutely ridiculous and we had to pay for new bladders when clearly this is a defect with the product. Our first sleep number bed lasted 20 years with no issues whatsoever! Will NEVER buy Sleep Number again. Don't walk RUN from this company! Unless you can afford to spend thousands on bed and once a year more money to keep bed alive.

The saga continues - After I was promised delivery for today and got reminder this morning advising me of delivery window I get a call around 10AM that they canceled the delivery because they accidentally shipped it back to factory in Utah and earliest they can now deliver is December 15th. That would be day 3 in December trying to get my bed and I have no confidence in them. Two months trying to get my bed WOW. This is customer service and callousness of Sleep Number and utter disregard to their customers. I have been on hold since morning and they have 3 hour hold on their phone lines and 5 hours later I am still on hold. Beware of Sleep Number They do not give a damn about their customers but are quick in making the sale. The window of delivery is so large that they get use of their funds and with no possibility of cancellation and refund. Will keep you posted

We bought a cal king with footwarmer in Dec 2019. January 2020 it nearly killed me as it did not stop coming up .Before Tec came out they kept asking us to unplug and change batteries in our remote. we did it several time . When tech came he was upset said it was app issue, they had upgraded it and not all customers had got it. Recently the footwarmer stopped working and after hrs of waiting for a Customer service (3 days) they told us a tech would come out to check it and it would be $99 but that had to be paid up front!!!! Never heard of this. So we decided to do what we had done before. Unplugged and reset the app. It worked. The Brea shop never ever returned our calls when we had the first problem. This time one of CS told us all they are interested is to sell and not good on Customer Service. I agree 100% So before you purchase read everything about them I wish we had . I would have never bought it.

My wife and I were looking for our first bed and we purchased on the spot after laying on the different mattresses and trying out the different levels. Frank was very helpful and made sure that we picked the right mattress. I also want to give a shout-out to Jeremy for helping us re-schedule and manage our delivery!

Wow, be very cautious of this shady company. Originally, we ordered the split king. For $10K we were not impressed. The mattress and the whole number gimmick are cool if you're into tech, but the feel and comfort were mediocre at best. It was much more comfortable in the store. Plus, the split at the top left such a huge gap that my girlfriend kept falling into it. I will say, customer service was really good. Every time I called, I was able to speak to a representative really quickly, and they do everything in their power to help. We called to exchange for a non-split king. It took over a month to deliver. We've spent the last month sleeping on it, and again, not impressed for the amount of money we're spending. Today, I called to return the entire bed since it was within the trial period. Again, the customer service representative was very pleasant. However, when I told her that I wanted to return it, my expectation was that I would be returning everything, but that was not the case. Apparently, in their terms and conditions agreement, the base itself is not refundable. When I told her I don't want the base, she asked if I read the terms and conditions? I told her the rep at the store said I have the trial period, and if I wasn't completely satisfied, I could return everything for a full refund. She asked again if I read the terms and conditions. I told her I didn't and that I had foolishly trusted the rep at the store. I don't understand this, since you sleep on the mattress and not the base, but the mattress can be returned. I told the rep that this is a very shady practice, and I will definitely be posting about this. She had nothing to say to that. She told me that I still owe over $3,000 for the base, but that the base can be used with any other mattress. What a rip off!!! AVOID SLEEP NUMBER!!!! The level of comfort is not worth the price, and the company makes their profit forcing people to buy their sub-par products. After seeing the reviews, looks like I was another victim. Update after the response from their "customer service" department Hi Chris Thank you for the generic non-customer satisfaction response you gave to all of the other negative reviews. Your legal jargon is quite relevant and I'm sure none of the other customer with whom you speak are satisfied with the poor business practices. I was within the 100 nights trial period, but now I'm stuck with a base that I do not want and I'm being forced to pay over $3000 for it. I will be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can reach, and as an executive Director, that's quite a few. You should be ashamed for not being willing to help a customer who is within the trial period because of some jargon in a contract. I work with contracts as well, and when I can help someone save a little money, while also understanding the effect it may have on word-of-mouth, I gladly make exceptions. Had it not been for this experience, I could have at least said, "well, the bed is not for me, but at least they gave me a full refund." Now I'll just tell people don't even bother with the trial because you'll still have to pay $3000 even if you don't like it. Great job at keeping potential customers satisfied.

Even better than we thought! We went in without high hopes, but wanted to make sure we tested all of our options before committing to a new bed. Bill was knowledgeable, not pushy, extremely helpful, and very patient. He answered all of our questions and did not panic when we told him we were leaving to think about it. He gave us all of his info and a quote and let us know he would be there the following morning. After sleeping on it we returned to the store to attempt financing. It was so easy! Within 5 minutes we were approved for 0% for 36 months financing! We set up our delivery date and time and away we went. So easy and hassle free! If you go to Brea ask for Bill!
