Amazing customer service by Tyson Davis at Brea. He helped me to get a service scheduled on an emergency basis to fix our adjustable bed remote . He is an extremely pleasant and helpful person . Sit 'n Sleep is lucky to have such dedicated staff.

Last time we shopped for a mattress was 2009 and it was not the best experience so needless to say we were dreading having to do it again. From the moment we stepped in this store Shaun made us feel welcome and went over everything. He answered our questions and asked us plenty of questions to find out exactly what we needed. 10/10 wonderful experience and we cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you Shaun!

Walked into the show room today and there was not a soul in sight. My daughter and I wandered around for 5 to 10 minutes and never saw an employee.
