The prices here are amazing, I live around the corner. Today however, I had issues with my Shell Rewards card, did not work at the pump. Had to go inside, the lady behind the glass had me use the reader in there, still would not work. She was impatient, rude and kept rolling her eyes as if it was my fault. It finally worked but the way she handled it was if I was bothering her and it was my fault. She does not need to be helping customers with such a poor attitude. Love the prices here, hope I never need help again inside

Avoid going inside at all costs! My rewards card did not work, had to go inside. I have not seen this low of customer service in many years. Had to use their system inside, still took four times but she was rude and rolled her eyes as if I was bothering her. Great gas prices,I don't expect top-notch at a station, but this was not even average. but please find someone with better customer service.

I like spending time here. I live on Hay Street and it is just before reaching the Freeway. It has good lighting at night and it is clean. There is no homeless in the area either. ??

This gas station is a scam. I come here everyday to fill up my gas and buy beverages. Today at a 6 pm I purchased a chapstick as well as $100 worth of gas. As soon as I opened the chapstick as I was filling the gas. The chapstick was melted and it did not work and when I went inside to exchange it, the lady that was working today had a very bad attitude and cursed at me. She told me I couldn't exchange it for a different one and that it is not their fault. Avoid this gas station and this service center at all costs. My credit card has been compromised here in the past.

I was just in this gas station I put $25 dollars and didn't get 1 gallon to my tank as cashier just shakes her shoulders as didn't understand English I guess as extremely disappointed in this gas station as I always go there I guess will switch to another gas station beware of these gas stations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+??(5+ Stars)The mechanic shop here at Shell is a hidden gem in Brea!This has been my go-to auto repair throughout the years for my elderly mother's car.They take care of all their customers! Very trustworthy and do the job correctly and fast. They are better than any other garage around and have good prices.I highly recommend this shop for your car repair needs!Mark Pellerin

The male behind the register was rude as hell. Had a free coke coupon that can be used anywhere and he wouldn't accept it asking me "who's gonna pay me?" When obviously the coupon says "Free Coke on Us!" He didn't even bother to scan the barcode on the back.. Went to 7-11 across the street and they accepted it

The cashier is extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of helping his customers he is more interested in FaceTiming. I'll NEVER go back there for ANY service!
