I came in today to buy some skincare products! My face has been super dry lately. I was greeted by Greg, he is always so helpful. I was in the skin department and a gentleman by the name Jordan helped me. He showed me some great products for my concerns. I walked up to the register and was greeted by Renee, I ask her if I could see if I'm approved for a Sephora Credit Card. Yes! I was approved. I had some products inside my basket and told her I want to shop around for more$$$. She also was very knowledgeable in skincare showed me some amazing stuff. She also explained since I was approved I will save 25% on my first purchase. I was in Sephora for almost 2 hours and bought some beautiful products for my skin. I can't wait to try them out. Thank you to Greg, Jordan and Renee for your Amazing Customer Service. I appreciate you and everyone at the Brea location.

a girl wearing a flannel that works at this store was following me around the whole store and she wasnt even wearing a nametag or the sephora uniform. howeverr she continued to ask me about a shade match after i told her no multiple times, and kept following me and was giving me very rude looks . i felt super uncomfortable in this situiation and i just didnt feel comfortable in your store anymore. this lady has also done this before to me in the past. i hope that this review puts a stop to her behavior. thank you!

this worker in a flannel (girl)was following me around and has been following me around the whole store .This isn’t the first time and she makes me feel very attacked and uncomfortable.she was also giving me very dirty looks and would always be right next to me when I wanted to swap something.I really hope this incident doesn’t happen again.

READ ON ABOUT MY "PERK HYDROFACIAL"I'm really confused by the negative reviews here (except for the busy on weekends reviews) I have been taking my daughter here since 2014 so she could learn from the the beauty advisors how to do makeup the right way, I knew nothing about makeup or skincare so I wasn't a good teacher. This very diverse group of people helped her and taught her so much that now she teaches me! I have always been greeted by the greeter when walking in even though I usually look like I just rolled out of bed. The team on the floor always asks if I need help when they aren't in the middle of helping someone else of course! I have always found it easy to get the attention of a team member when they are all busy with other clients by being polite and respectful and asking them if they can assist me when they are done. Sometimes it's a wait but it's a good opportunity to check out all the mini sizes! Sometimes items aren't in stock but hey.... It's BUSY! It's easy to order online if you know what you want, and they send you samples! When checking out always give them your salespersons name, they really work hard! LIZZIE and EMMALEE recommend I do this PERK HYDROFACIAL. I have very dry skin and was using the purple Murad product (I LOVE IT) but I needed something more... NOW.... Not all the people on the floor work there! Some of them are product sales reps who know EVERYTHING about their product. Basha, the sales rep for Augustinus Bader had me try "The Rich Cream" and OMG ITS AMAZING!!!! It's worked wonders on my dry old skin!!! I like how she was able to explain exactly how it works! Back to LIZZIE and my "PERK HYDROFACIAL" first, I didn't know this existed!!! EVERY PERSON SHOULD DO THIS!!! My regular facials I can only do once a year because of serious break outs. This one I can do once a month and I plan on it! LIZZIE made accommodations due to allergies, I'm allergic to rose, aloe and oats... it makes your skin so soft and supple, better than my $200 facial!!!!! You can actually see the gunk that comes off your skin!!! It's now the next morning and no break outs and my skin is glowing and soft it's AMAZING!!! It takes an hour to do face and lips but it goes by fast!!! OMG my lips are so soft!!!! It costs like $60-$80 and I left a 20% tip because Lizzie went way above and beyond. I think you can make appointments! Now on to my purchases.... The Murad rep guided me to an eye correction serum I had not tried and loved it! I went back the next day with a whole shopping list from the Sephora website and met up with EMMALEE, a team member who explained what the different products actually are and how to use them!!!! She also taught me I can mix and match as well as the difference between a serum and a cream. Oh also when using the green Murad in the AM you have to use a sunscreen! Same with the orange Murad, but the green Murad works best at night! Remember you don't have to buy any products they recommend, if you don't like the makeup they put on during your makeup session TELL THEM they will fix it. Been there done that! It's all about the way YOU communicate your needs, they don't know you otherwise. Every experience I have had here in the past.... 20 years has been great! Except for the long lines at the holidays lol Thank you for the most amazing "PERK HYDROFACIAL" and all my purchases yesterday! I'm so excited to get on this new skin care routine for my dry old skin!!!
