I rarely come to Sephora but after today I will happily come back because of Emily and Gloria. Emily helped me with my shade match and was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process so easy! She answered all of my silly questions and helped me find the best shade with the most encouraging words! Gloria helped me at checkout and was seriously the best! She went over returns and helped me understand the process in an easy way and encouraged me to bring back anything that didn’t work for me. If all my interactions were like this at every store I’d be at the mall more often! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you Emily and Gloria :D

Came in at 10:30 am. Not packed at all. Did not get greeted. Was looking for a specific brand of make up. Walked the aisle like 4 times before I realized the makeup was on the side walls. No one came to help or tried to help. When someone helped me check out with my credit card they asked if I was helped by anyone. I said no and she said that they were understaffed. Funny thing is that the workers who were there were just chit chatting amongst themselves. This is why I prefer online shopping.

I went in excited to buy a new foundation and got mistreated by an employee. Her name is Miya she works at the Brea Mall. I understand it can get hectic and stressful sometimes but if you’re going to work in a store that requires talking to customers all day and you can’t handle that then this not the job for you. She told me something in a very rude way and made me want to walk out of the store. There’s a professional was to talk to customers and she made me feel awful. Sephora please do better at teaching your workers how to deal with people in a fast pace environment.

I had an overall good experience. Friendly staff... no coffee beans to act as a "cleanser" for the nose, however.

I came in today to buy some skincare products! My face has been super dry lately. I was greeted by Greg, he is always so helpful. I was in the skin department and a gentleman by the name Jordan helped me. He showed me some great products for my concerns. I walked up to the register and was greeted by Renee, I ask her if I could see if I'm approved for a Sephora Credit Card. Yes! I was approved. I had some products inside my basket and told her I want to shop around for more$$$. She also was very knowledgeable in skincare showed me some amazing stuff. She also explained since I was approved I will save 25% on my first purchase. I was in Sephora for almost 2 hours and bought some beautiful products for my skin. I can't wait to try them out. Thank you to Greg, Jordan and Renee for your Amazing Customer Service. I appreciate you and everyone at the Brea location.

a girl wearing a flannel that works at this store was following me around the whole store and she wasnt even wearing a nametag or the sephora uniform. howeverr she continued to ask me about a shade match after i told her no multiple times, and kept following me and was giving me very rude looks . i felt super uncomfortable in this situiation and i just didnt feel comfortable in your store anymore. this lady has also done this before to me in the past. i hope that this review puts a stop to her behavior. thank you!

this worker in a flannel (girl)was following me around and has been following me around the whole store .This isn’t the first time and she makes me feel very attacked and uncomfortable.she was also giving me very dirty looks and would always be right next to me when I wanted to swap something.I really hope this incident doesn’t happen again.
