Management here is terrible. They made me grab my own receipt and bags off the hooks. No thank have a nice day. To top it all off I had to show my receipt to the security door person after he just saw them scan every item and watched me pay. He examined everything I bought before I was allowed to go. An awful experience it was.

There was a crazy police arrest outside of the store in the parking lot with dogs and tons of undercover cops surrounding a vehicle and they literally locked the door in my face. As I had my hand on the door the employee looked at me and locked the door. I was scared and I had to just stand behind the stone pillar in front of the store while a bunch of guns were drawn. I'll never forget this incident. They stayed locked down for so long afterwards I couldn't even go inside to get what I came for. Cold hearted people.

Wife and daughter's favorite Ross to shop. They spend about an hour scouting for deals. Store clean and well organize. Large clean, safe and well lit parking lot.Plus, I can go next door to Wal-Mart for fishing tackle.

Poor customer service! I was in line to purchase my items. Once I got to the counter cashier didn't greet first thing she said "what form of payment"? I said credit card then she says you can start swiping your card I said ok, but I did not swipe my card. She says it again that I can swipe my card I don't need to wait. I told her I know, but I will like to wait till all my things are all scanned. She was rude, rolled her eyes, moved the computer. My receipt was not even printed yet and she was already calling for the next customer. Management please you need to re-train this associates for BETTER customer service. It was a bad experience and will not be returning to this store!

Treasures were hard to find at this Ross Dress for Less store in Brea. I thought the store was going out of business because they were so empty. Asked one of the staff members, and he said that they were not. They were just in need of more inventory. Guess this store moves through their merchandise real quick then. Probably won't be returning to this specific Ross anytime soon. Too empty for such a large store.
