If you are looking for the best CrossFit facility in Brea, this is it! I have tried all brea CrossFit gyms and this one has stood the test of time with the most integrity possible! They don’t just talk the talk; their actions align with their values! Quality programming for any level athlete, true community atmosphere, intentional approach to each workout. The owners and coaches show a leadership that is authentic in every way! Plenty of class times offered throughout the day for your convenience. Zero pressure to buy “additional” and unnecessary training classes. This gym is here to help support YOUR goals. You’ll get the most bang for your buck and that’s awesome to have during these rough financial times!

Clean facilities, great coaching, tough workouts. Limited class sizes, and designated areas for each individual to keep members as safe as possible, cleaning between each session. A lot of class times available. Great community, awesome owners!

The best Crossfit gym in the Yorba Linda/Placentia area now has a second location in Brea making it more convenient for me to get to after work!! Woohoo. Both gyms are very well equipped, however the two things that set them apart are the coaches and the programming. Many people just look at the equipment and the facility, but it’s the coaching and programming that make a gym successful. The environment is very welcoming and you’ll learn how to move the right way, the safe way. There are always options to scale the workout to meet each individuals fitness level or work around injuries. I love it!!

Been a member at the Yorba Linda location for about 6 months now. I was in search of a new gym after my last one closed down. The moment I stepped into the YL location, I knew it was going to be my new home. I'm so excited they've expanded and opened another location closer to me; ironically, in the same location where the old crossfit was. =Location / Facility= Brea is brand spankin' new. All brand new Rogue equipment, new flooring, new rigs, new paint, new everything. Lots of shining new toys to play with. There's even an additional brand new bathroom. The gym even smells like a new car. Brea location is a smaller facility than YL and the classes are smaller with different class times. The space is very well organized and there's lots of open space for the workouts. I love having the option to go to both locations. =Coaches= There are about 6-7 coaches between the both locations. Love every single one of them. They're extremely knowledgable, approachable, friendly, energetic, and basically.complete.total.badasses. For as long as I've been "crossfitting," (6-7 years? I lost count), I'm still learning something new from them every day. Classes, especially at YL, can get pretty large, but appreciate that they still manage to give each individual proper attention. Coaches really take the time to learn about each member and their fitness levels. This is really important especially if you're just starting out and unsure how to scale workouts. They will always be there to guide you, so don't be discouraged or intimidated when you see the workouts. =Classes / Times= Check their website for most up-to-date class times. I like that the afternoon classes starts at 4:30pm and 5:30pm. If you happen to be late, no problem, just go a bit further to the YL location for 5pm or 6pm. There are also later classes at the YL location so there's no excuses. Genius! There are also open gym times at both locations. Each class is run very smoothly; always starts and finishes on time. Coaches are very well versed in organizing and setting up each class, especially if equipments need to be shared. Each workout is explained thoroughly and coaches will share some tips and strategies on completing them. =Programming= Both locations share the same programming. There's always 3 levels: RX, Intermediate, and Fitness. But as always, you can scale the workouts however way you want and the coaches will help you with that. There's still a lot of movements I cannot do and weights I cannot lift but I'm always able to get a good workout. I do feel like in the 6 months I've been here, I've definitely gotten stronger and faster. If you're brand new to crossfit or even fitness in general, there's no better place to start than here. New members go through a series of private/semi-private fundamentals course with a coach first before they unleash you to the pack. But even after they release you into the wild, they'll be with you through the first few group classes to make sure you get undivided attention and meet everyone in class. I love this process, I know how intimidating it can be especially if you're starting by yourself. =Community= Love the environment here. Everyone is working towards a similar goal and they are always encouraging and helping to keep you motivated through your fitness journey. There are also lots of member events throughout the year as well...such as baseball games, in-house competitions, hiking...etc. Anyway, thanks Resolution for being awesome. ‿
