tried to book an ADA accessible room for my elderly mom on Christmas eve. Had to call to verify they had an accessible room. Was told there was only one room left and it was $900/night, even though it was posted at $189.00 What a shame to take advantage during the holidays.

The good: hotel was well-kept and the staff was great.The bad: dogs were EVERYWHERE. The hotel website said it was "dog-friendly"...but this felt more like a dog hotel that was "human-friendly".

I am a member of BKSCA in Brea. Once a month, we go to the restaurant on the lobby. The food and the vibe are so wonderful. We love it. Lindsey is in charge of the food. She is very good at it and so thoughtful. The food is so great and very high-quality. We will go there more often.
