I first used this tax preparation service for my company in 2017. No problems there and everything went well. In 2018 I used them again and I thought there wouldn't be any issues. Fast forward to 2019 and 2020 and all sorts of problems came out. Both the IRS and Franchise Tax board said my company was delinquent in filing and paying the taxes. On our copy of tax returns it shows that Redeemed Tax had electronically filed on our behalf a month before the deadline. We called this company numerous times in 2020 to assist in rectifying this issue. All they kept telling us was to be patient as there was a backlog with the IRS and that our tax returns would be acknowledged. Fast forward to 2021 and we still kept getting notices of late filing and delinquency. This time Redeemed Tax said they couldn't help us anymore and we would have to deal with the IRS ourselves. First off, we paid this company to prepare and file our taxes. Did they really file it? Why is our copy from them showing that it was electronically sent but the IRS insists they never received it. Very poor service and lack of professionalism by this tax preparer. Never again!

Their tax preparer we dealt with did not know how to file deductions and falsified deductions to where the IRS had to audit my wife. They did not offer any representation or fix their filing. DO NOT GO HERE

5 Stars - I highly recommend Redeem Tax. They helped prepare both my personal and business tax returns. They completed the work diligently and was extremely responsive and patient. Once they had all the correct information, they filed everything almost immediately. The whole process was so easy. I will definitely use their service again!

I stopped by for the first time today with my partner. He has been here for almost 3-4 years now and recommended it to me. It was my first time filing tax in person as well haha. He has had multiple people here helping him and he told me they are all nice. This time Roneth helped us and she was nice and friendly! There was absolutely no negative attitudes. She carefully explains to you even if you have a lot of questions like me haha! Thank you for taking care of us!

Great communication and easy step by step intructions from Loudette and staff, was very helpfull with all my questions. Sent in all needed paperworks via email and processing was a breeze! Ronetteis very quick and finds ways to maximize what is rightfully yours. She is honest and LP gives some hints which are deductible or not. I just got hard time retrieving my personal financial statements to complete my returns. I will be back and continue to engage its services.
