Nice store. Clean & organized. Lots of parking.
I found they carry Jenny O turkey Italian sausages. Cant find these anywhere, so I was thrilled to see them at Ralphs. I purchased 3 packages. 1 sweet & 2 hot. They make a great flavored sauce.

While there we found some shaved beef for Philly sandwiches too

Love this Ralphs. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Being in Brea makes it a guarantee that its a safe and quiet shopping experience both in and out of the store.

Very bad customer service.
I am always a fans of Ralph’s. This is my first time going to this location. I checked online if they have the item I am looking for before going to the store.
I checked several times on the aisles that it should be in and not able to find it. I asked two different staffs and they just told me the aisles it should be in. I told them I checked several times on those aisles they mentioned. And ask if they can help me to check in system which shelf it is located. They refused. They even didn’t try to go to that aisle and double check. They just say no.
I always like shopping in Ralph’s. But is it the customer services that I should be received? Other stores have good service. But this store was terrible! I urged the company take into the customer service in this location and it is important to provide training to these staff.

I really like this location with its selection, cleanliness and friendly staff. My only complaint would be navigating the aisles and locating items. Some things are not where you would think you’d instinctively find them among similar products.

It's my store and I love it. Racism is over in this store, but three months to this date they put garbage on the fruits and vegetables that are on discount and the bread costs the same. They are not putting good specials, your manager thinks I I would buy it, use logic more than numbers

Horrible customer service. Asian g uy in the meat department extremely rude just cause I asked for the bathroom code.
