I visited Pro Force recently to purchase a few items and I recommend this shop to other first responders/LEOs looking to get gear for work. I went as a walk in, though it might have been a better idea to call ahead and book an appointment. It took a while to be seen by the staff, but in all honesty, there were only a couple of staff members available, and since they focus on each individual customer, I knew that my patience would pay off. These folks work hard, and they have a lot of details to manage, so I would suggest cutting them some slack if they're a bit tired and aren't as friendly as someone who works at Macy's (as first responders/LEOs, I'm sure we've all been there, right?). That being said, my experience was a good one. The staff was professional and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Cool store but employees always have something up their ass. Wouldn't hurt to be nice when someone is trying to spend money at your store.

Selection was average, prices were average. What really made this one star was the horrible customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Asked about a price and was told "600 something" then the salesman asked the person I came with if "he is going to buy something". I was, but I didn't want to give them the business at that point.

Quick process and excellent service all I got to say my first firearm purchase was from proforce and I will be backing back for my next one.

This is in response to the reply by Mikey from Proforce. You completely ignored the entire point of my review. You instead chose to focus and attack the ammo FFL aspect in an attempt to deflect. The issue isn't that your store doesn't FFL ammo. The issue is your employees have been consistently rude every single time I've been there or called. I am not the only one that has had issues with this, and the fact that you'd rather ignore this is telling. You need to admonish your staff and actually monitor their behavior. It's a business and customer service should be top notch. As for the ammo transfers, I called AFAB down the street and they were more than happy to help me. The rounds I needed were on the more obscure side, but they said they could procure what I need in the future. So, based on their helpfulness and good attitudes I'll be sourcing my ammunition through them. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid Proforce. If they need law enforcement specific stuff or pricing, I'll be sending them to Allstate in Pomona or LAPRAAC in LA.

Service is horrible! You cant just pop in and buy something off the shelf that is not a firearm or ammo and be on your way. Your placed on a list and wait until called just to buy something off the shelf such as gun cleaner, a holster or some sights. I just purchased what i needed directly from the manufacture even if it cost me a bit more for the convenance. Sorry Proforce you guys really need to tend to your customers better, those not looking or interested in purchasing a weapon. Im sure im not the only person inconvenienced just trying to buy a battery or some gun oil!

Sorry ProForce, I had to do it. I recently purchased an item that's happened not to fit my weapon. I spoke to an employee who said my only option was to return my item since they do not carry the one I need. I returned my product and was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get my refund. Not a satisfied customer after spending thousands of dollars with this establishment

Forgive me for saying this, but when it comes to purchasing department firearms and related items, A California-based business is not on the list for me. Arizona LE agents and officers should consider keeping their more sensitive purchases exclusively local. Solely my opinion.

Great customer service and they sell very reasonably priced guns and ammo. Have come here over the years and have been very impressed with the customer service and help in answering any questions.

I don't know why they don't have a 5 Star Yelp. They have a large assortment of specialty weapons and I was able to have it in less then a week. It was a mess during the ammo shortage, but it is almost normal. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They always have something on special. lE and military and First Responders DOD.
