Head manager, Bruce, was very accommodating and understanding of my unique embroidery situation. I was unable to obtain a 2021 sash from my school, so my plan was to use a 2022 sash and just replace with "2" w/ a "1". Bruce's skill is unparalleled and we were able to successfully go through with this custom design. It came out perfect :) Very reasonably priced too! Edit: I will say it is initially tough to contact the store, but just go in person and get their business email/actual phone # directly(not the one on google) - Super responsive once you do!

Bruce was so helpful in helping me select colors and font for my embroidery. I had 6 duffle bags embroidered for a sleepover party and they all came out great -- the girls loved the personalization. Bruce had the bags done in a short turn around time and at a reasonable price. Thanks!!

Manager was very rude. Don’t ever use this place. Employee was trying to help me out with a rush order with 1 item for an anniversary gift. Manager came out and flat told me too busy to help you. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Manager was very rude. Don't ever use this place. Employee was trying to help me out and get a rush job done for my anniversary on one item with 3 letters. Said it could be done. Manager came out and said no too busy "I'm in charge, I make the decisions". Terrible service. Do not use.

I needed my scrub tops embroidered for nursing school and I went to Pro Embroidery to get them done. They reply very quickly and are very efficient with their work. They are very understandable and will have your items ready when you need them. My school logo also came out very neat and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their embroidery needs. Very high quality embroidery plus quick communication!!

I was in desperate need of an embroidered shirt for a last minute event and they saved me.. Bruce was so helpful. He worked around my time and tried to accommodate me to the best. I would 100% recommend them for any embroidery service. I will definitely use them again!

I had a great experience using Pro Embroidery. They were fast, affordable, and the quality was absolutely amazing. My teacher recommended me to go here to embroider our team's colorguard jackets and I am very satisfied! It's very affordable and they make high quality embroidery exactly how I wanted them to be. The owner was really nice throughout the whole process and they finished making them very quickly as well. Will definitely come again for future embroideries!
