On August 8, 2020 I bought a mini cooper from this place and after driving it for an hour the engine light came on, I called the person who sold it to me that the name is Grigg Leonardo Lawrence told me that this happens with used cars and I had a lot of problems with repairing it and then I had a lot of problems with the dmv to be able to put it in my name, the car is damaged, they are not honest people, I recommend that if you want to buy a used car from them, bring a scanner and be sure that the car does not have no problems in the end they only steal your money the Smoke paper not valid for the dmv more problems

My husband and I have NEVER had such a great, very pleasant and easy experience as we just did at Prestige Motor Imports! Shary has got to be the most honest and upfront Car Enthusiast and by default, Dealer, we had ever met! It was almost as if the car itself brought us together. Shary knew every inch of the car and had every little tiny detail taken care of to the degree of above and beyond level and he did it all with eyes that smiled, good humor and the kind of professionalism that says quality lives here, always. We received the car we wanted, listed below KBB value, in excellent condition and plussed! We were strangers when we met but now we feel like family. Watch out for these people. Wasted two hours for nothing. Met someone who was selling a used car on Craigslist as private party owner but, after test driving the car I started to negotiate the price. Once we got the price I was comfortable with, he states he works as a dealership and I would have to pay the dealer fees of 8%... He gave me this address to meet him and do the paper work. But why would I want to buy a used car and pay dealership fees? Stop listing your cars as private party, that's false advertisement..

I've dealt with this dealership since 2001! Over the years, I've purchased 3 cars from Shari. He's an honest, forthright, and solid individual who truly cares for his customers. If you're not exactly sure what to buy, he has a knack for picking the ideal car for his clients which I love. He's also very fair when it comes to taking your trade-in which for me really helped out with my purchase even though I wasn't expecting much for it. I'll continue to do business with this dealership based on our relationship and trust which I truly appreciate.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY***
He lacks integrity and is a complete scam artist. I would have rated this business zero of five stars if allowed. He did not have the title to the vehicle that I purchased which caused a lot of headache with the DMV as well as the new lein holder. I should have read other reviews prior to doing business with him because I see that not posessing the titles are a trend. After speaking with the DMV about the issue, they advised me to file for an investigation. After receiving the investigation, he contacted me to tell me thanks for dinging his 35 year clean record in the car sales business.
Is that illegal to contact buyers after they have issued an investigation?

Nothing but professionalism I was looking for a car and needed it within a week somewhat of an emergency for my daughter the owner was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in less than a week, this is the 5th car my family has purchased with this dealership we drive from Temecula because we know we will be taken care of and we trust his experience. Great deal, honesty and integrity is what you get .
