I’ve called THREE TIMES to refill my prescription but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I left a voicemail each time I called and still haven’t got a call back. Now I’m going to have a lapse in my meds for a few days! Either someone’s not doing their job or there’s just a general lack in sense of urgency for patients. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable and I’ll be taking my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy.

In tha past 6 months this place has put my fathers health in jeopardy. I keep giving them chances but I'm going to have to change pharmacies. I don't think they want our business

Horrible service, 👎 it didn't use to be like that. Today I called to request for my meds to be mailed to my residence address and I was transfered, put on hold for too long and asked for my personal information multiple times by multiple persons. I am going to go back to Whittier Pharmacy, they are much better on customer service and care.

Their sense of urgency is not as important to them as it is to you. Things have sort of been one-sided where I have to reach out and do all the calling. They never call me back. Ever. I'm the one who has to do all the follow-up. I'm not crazy about that at all. If they're going to call back, they need to do that. I've used other pharmacies in northern California, and they were very customer oriented. This has been a disappointment.
