Your cash registers were not working properly and I was unable to use any of my Vital Care Rewards.

Store and staff here and in other branches are always very nice and helpful. I wish they sold their Petco staff t-shirts in store. I'm disappointed that rewards points expire in 30 days or 45 days depending on the Vital Care level. I would prefer at least one year after points are earned.
