Horrible customer service for PacSun Brea Mall. Assistant managers named Adriana and Jazmin are racist and rude. I purchased a gift a card for a gift present for my niece, but they are willing to print a gift receipt or provide us a gift envelope. PacSun should train their assistant managers classes for customer service etiquette. I will never shop again at PacSun.

An employee was following me around the store like if I was stealing. She even came so close to me so she can look inside my bag. Will never be going back to this store.

The most horrible PacSun I've ever been. Customer service is terrible, rude and just very not smart... do not recommend this, will not support this location till eternity. Spend your hard earn money on a better service.

This place is so horrible! all of the workers here lack customer service and simply don't care about their customers. I had went in yesterday and had never felt so uncomfortable to shop somewhere ever in my life. I had grabbed a few items to try on and I had no idea where the fittings room where cause I don't ever shop here. There was a Male Worker next to the register babbling with another worker. I went to go ask him where the fitting rooms where and he rudely turned around pointed and said " right there" I said okay thank you and as I walked to the fitting rooms I could here him say to his coworker " how do you not know where the fitting room is" this is where I started to feel so uncomfortable. The fitting room are so disgusting there was black stuff all over the walls and floors looks like they never clean them (I will be calling corporate to let them know about this) - I didn't even finish trying on some of the items. I went to go pay for a shirt and you could easily feel a tension. people like this make pacsun look so bad, its embarrassing.

This store needs to get in order. Their prices and signs are very misleading and this is not the first time it happens to me!! they have a sign for example for shirts buy 2 for $30 to find out at the register it's not on sale because "that side of the table is not on sale". Really ?? Are we consumers suppose to know that!! This is not the first time and I think they should be held accountable for such discrepancies!!

The worst company ever.Never been satisfied with this company.I could get five dollars off by signing up online and get 15% off of the order I made. But they cannot cancel my order. Such a scam. Never buy ? never worst place to put your money to trash.

went in to return a pair of $65 pants that didn't fit properly according to the size. The manager offered me only a fraction of the price because I had lost my receipt. I had the original bag and all the tags were still on the pants. Very poor customer service on managers part considering I was also buying over $150 in additional merchandise. in the future I think I'll just try the clothes on in the store and purchase them online- at least then I' ll know I'll get a fair refund if needed. soon these little mall outlets will go out of business anyway, and these employees will wonder why.

I was curious about Essentials, Fear of God and went into the store and it was chaos. I saw a couple of pieces I wanted to try on and I was told I couldn't try them on because they were luxury items and would be damaged in the dressing room. I am brown. The manager who told me that was white. Am I to infer? I sort of felt like I wanted to, but instead, I tried to respond with some logic. I said, "you mean these high quality garments are so well made that a try on will ruin them? You know that doesn't make sense right?" He concurred and still didn't let me try them on. After that, just the most horrible customer service. I wrote the business online about the issues through chat because you can't call them - treated horribly. I thought I may have had a new spot to shop. Instead, I will never shop at PacSun again, in store or online. These people act like you need them. A weird superiority complex. Is Essentials, Fear of God that big of a deal? I encourage you, don't put up with how these people treat you. It is not worth it. Keep your dignity. There so many other places to shop.

The store is clean with an okay in-store selection, but the customer service is horrible. When I checked out, the employee ignored me with the exception of asking for my phone number/loyalty program info and wordlessly handing me my purchase while on the phone (i.e., she took a phone call during my transaction, and just stared at me when I took my purchase and did not even acknowledge me when I said thank you). She also spoke to her coworker during my interaction, and was rude overall. I've worked retail before and understand having bad days, however this was outright unacceptable. I'm pointing this out because I and others are not asking for 5 star service, but are asking for common decency.

*FYI* My previous review was reported because I described the two incompetent employees tending the dressing room and their unprofessional manager. Mind you, I omitted names. My recent experience was beyond lousy! Customers deserve to know that this store lacks professionalism, leadership and customer service skills. Otherwise, what's the purpose of honest to goodness Yelp reviews? Reporting poor and/or unethical business practices is a consumer's right in CA. Why would they want to report & ask to delete FACTS? It's evident that my previous review was reported and removed at the request of the store employee(s). Their products are excellent minus the PacSun cargo pants which fade right away, but wish they hired staff who are humble & grateful for their jobs. At least pretend to enjoy serving their patrons! Just look at ALL my of the other negative reviews! Seems like this is a long time trend. Either way, my experience/incidents have been reported to Corporate. So, it's all good...Peace!
