Worst customer service ever. This is probably the worst PAC Sun store you will ever walk into. The entire store is a mess...completely disorganized. Best of all you get to wait in a long line for a teeny bopper, self entitled high school girl who loves to give attitude, to ring you up. She will never say thank you or sorry. She hates coming there herself. if you love crappy customer service, go and spend your money there!

Horrible customer service for PacSun Brea Mall. Assistant managers named Adriana and Jazmin are racist and rude. I purchased a gift a card for a gift present for my niece, but they are willing to print a gift receipt or provide us a gift envelope. PacSun should train their assistant managers classes for customer service etiquette. I will never shop again at PacSun.

Bought a $90 sweater that was a bit large for me. Wanted to exchange they will not exchange due to essential's policy. I'm like that policy suck! At least allow for exchange.

Make sure to do a thorough check of your items before purchasing or taking the tags off, bc apparently this location doesn't take back unworn manufacturing defects if the tags aren't attached.

This Brea PacSun sucks, my Fd bought me a essential shirt for birthday, their employee even print out the gift receipt for my Fd. And when I came to exchange for a different sizes, The manager told me they can't do anything because Essential is a product that No exchange and No returned. But that's their fault that didn't tell customer when customer purchased. If no exchange, why print a Gift receipt? The only excuses they told me is "cuz we are training new employees now" come on, that's not a excuse.!!!! Please don't go to this PacSun!!!

An employee was following me around the store like if I was stealing. She even came so close to me so she can look inside my bag. Will never be going back to this store.

My two friends and I went in and were looking around when this worker came up to us and asked us where this white tube top we had found and put back when this pacsun worker came up to us and was assuming we put it into our shopping bags and stole it then while still looking around the store she had been following us and and glaring at us everywhere while being very rude. we then went to the fitting room to go try something on and we got told we can't have our tiny sephora bag in the fitting room while trying on one shirt. We went into the rooms and they came running in and yelled that only one person per room. We each had our own room so we don't know why she said this. my friend was trying to change and she was looking in the room as if we were doing something. We than came back after we had purchased and left the store and had time to reflect on how they acted towards us and went back to the store and asked for a manager the worker we asked for a manager then rolled her eyes at us and the general manager was no help and said there was nothing she could do about it and how she didn't see anything happen so therefore couldn't give us a proper apology.

Decided to stop by to look around and de stress, but left more stressed. Signs are misleading and make no sense, cashiers also had no clue what clothing fell under a deal they kept pushing onto us and would tell us one thing fell under it then when it came to check out they would suddenly say one of the items actually didn't fall under it making us go look all over the store again. One employee was helpful with the dressing room though, only positive.

The most horrible PacSun I've ever been. Customer service is terrible, rude and just very not smart... do not recommend this, will not support this location till eternity. Spend your hard earn money on a better service.

This place is so horrible! all of the workers here lack customer service and simply don't care about their customers. I had went in yesterday and had never felt so uncomfortable to shop somewhere ever in my life. I had grabbed a few items to try on and I had no idea where the fittings room where cause I don't ever shop here. There was a Male Worker next to the register babbling with another worker. I went to go ask him where the fitting rooms where and he rudely turned around pointed and said " right there" I said okay thank you and as I walked to the fitting rooms I could here him say to his coworker " how do you not know where the fitting room is" this is where I started to feel so uncomfortable. The fitting room are so disgusting there was black stuff all over the walls and floors looks like they never clean them (I will be calling corporate to let them know about this) - I didn't even finish trying on some of the items. I went to go pay for a shirt and you could easily feel a tension. people like this make pacsun look so bad, its embarrassing.

This store needs to get in order. Their prices and signs are very misleading and this is not the first time it happens to me!! they have a sign for example for shirts buy 2 for $30 to find out at the register it's not on sale because "that side of the table is not on sale". Really ?? Are we consumers suppose to know that!! This is not the first time and I think they should be held accountable for such discrepancies!!

The worst company ever.Never been satisfied with this company.I could get five dollars off by signing up online and get 15% off of the order I made. But they cannot cancel my order. Such a scam. Never buy ? never worst place to put your money to trash.

went in to return a pair of $65 pants that didn't fit properly according to the size. The manager offered me only a fraction of the price because I had lost my receipt. I had the original bag and all the tags were still on the pants. Very poor customer service on managers part considering I was also buying over $150 in additional merchandise. in the future I think I'll just try the clothes on in the store and purchase them online- at least then I' ll know I'll get a fair refund if needed. soon these little mall outlets will go out of business anyway, and these employees will wonder why.
