Brea didn't seem to want to help me turn in a POA to legal..I was told many times that there was a location closer to me. I understand that but wanted to use this one. So the next day I went to the closer location in Anaheim. Way worse..so rude. Told an assistant manager Emma that my grandmother had a hard time hearing to which she replied "seems.lile she hears fine to me" when I shook my head and stated that was rude she put her finger up at me ☝️ and said excuse me, apparently to get me to shut up..then asked me to leave. When I informed her no, I would not leave my grandmother as her caregiver and POA she said "oh, go sit over there". This was after being left for 10 minutes and not knowing what happened to the teller helping us. I asked " um, do you know what happened to our teller, she was helping us said she'd be right back and it's been 10 min. Apparently don't ask questions hahhahaha ridest people ever. Oh then assistant manager went in the back grabbed other coworkers went into an office and talked about us. She then walks by me with big ol attitude and says just a min longer but without like really talking to me but like not wanting to actually say hey it's gonna be one min more because she didn't like me and didn't want to talk to me anymore.all I did was ask a question.

I had to cash a Pacific Western Bank check that was issued to me by one of their account holders. After they remotely opened the door, I stood there for awhile because another customer was talking to one of the tellers. Finally the two available tellers, one old man and one old woman just looked at me so I walked up to the female teller. I made it known immediately that I am not an account holder at their bank. She had to make several calls and even called the person who issued the company check to me. It took about 35 or 40 minutes for me to get my cash. While waiting, I heard the male teller greeting customers as they come in with a good afternoon and hi. When I walked in, I just got looks. I will never park my money with these discriminating idiots. It's a small local bank where their employees are not used to seeing an Asian??? Maybe. Or they need more training on how to treat human beings equally!
