Nordstrom Brea is prioritizing curbside pickup OVER customers that come into the store. With construction occurring at the Brea Mall near Nordstrom, the geniuses decided to designate 20 prime parking spaces for curbside pickup in the garage and push walk in customers including some customers that may not have disability parking available, but are temporarily injured or elderly and slow to have to walk further to park close to the front of the store. Not all customers want curbside service and even if moving slow want to walk in and shop. Curbside pickup customers are simply waiting for an employee to bring their packages to them. Many (not all) are simply entitled and lazy. 20 spaces for curbside pickup is ridiculous. If customers do not go in the store, then there is no need for the store. This simply speeds and feeds the death of the mall and brick and mortar.

Nordstrom now looks like a JCPennys. The service is poor and it’s obvious that they have lowered their standards. It’s was a poor decision to stop wrapping at the point of purchase and charge $5.00 for a simple wrap. We use to love Nordstrom but now shop at Bloomingdale’s which is 100% better.Then the management wonders why sales are down.

My encounter on February 2, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the second-floor women's clothing section left me frustrated. The older African-American saleswoman, draped in a black coat and red scarf, seemed disinterested in assisting with my return. With a lackadaisical attitude, she casually instructed me to navigate to the third-floor counter on the right, only for me to later discover that returns were accepted at any counter.This ordeal left me not just uncomfortable but genuinely upset at the overall lack of effort and consideration for customers. It's disheartening to experience such indifference, especially when seeking assistance with a simple transaction.

The gentleman in the men's section was not very helpful. Took my measurements, but could have offered to provide a few options. Left and spent my money elsewhere.

My first visit here was before Christmas to pick-up a fragrance for my wife. Brent helped me during that first visit, he helped me find what I was looking for and he wrapped up the gift.Today we returned to pick up 2 new fragrances because of the samples that he gave us, and I will definitely return again. Brent is awesome; he loves what he does, he does not rush you and he cares that you get the best experience.

Went to Nordstrom inside BREA mall to buy a cologne for my husband and when I asked Andrew for some samples he kindly gave a few however when I went to the women's perfume department and I kindly ask for some samples for my self so I can buy the full size later, the lady told me that the samples were only for the customers actually buying perfumes.They need to work on their customer service

I have been going to the Nordstrom since I was little. Not happy about the changes happening and the employees not being as helpful as before. I stood around for 15 minutes and no one attempted to help me.

I have been to the Nordstrom store probably 50 times in Brea. But the reason why I am doing my first ever review for the Nordstrom store is because I had such an exceptional experience with the associate Neli P.She is clearly an expert in women’s professional clothing!One of the problems that My Wife consistently deals with which makes pant shopping a miserable task for her is the fact that her legs are long, and therefore most pants do not fit her and end up, looking like cropped pants.She is 5 foot eight and usually needs close to a 32 leg length, which is very difficult to find in women’s pants.That’s why we were so incredibly excited when Nellie connected us with some fantastic pants that we never would have found on our own.Neli helped us find the women’s core poly base cloth wide and the women’s core 32–18 ab solution high w.Both of these pants looked very professional and timeless on My Wife and we were so excited to have the perfect fit!Please give Neli a promotion and a raise for her incredible product knowledge and amazing customer service, and attention to detail and knowledge of many different brands and her ability to provide a perfect, curated solution for My Wife!
