I joined Navy Federal Credit Union in the Philippines way back in 1987. During those days, you could ONLY join if you were USN, USMC, or USCG AND you were overseas too. I have been with NFCU ever since, and the products, and the people have only gotten better and better in the past 37 years. So, from this “older” Marine Corps Veteran, thank you for all you folks do for every member there at all of Navy Federal locations worldwide and what you have all done for me, and for my family too, for the last 37 plus years!!!!

Want immaculate customer service? Ask for Brittney , as soon as you see her warm smile that's when the phenomenon begins! Very caring & considerate , Willing to help, and have solutions to any problem when it comes to banking with navy federal. Great services like Brittney's is why I cannot bank online, Just tremendous hospitality and I appreciate every bit of it .

NFCU is a great organization, but for some reason, this particular office in Brea doesn't provide the member-centric services that the other offices in Orange County do. For example, Mr. Scott Rothert in Fountain Valley does an exceptional job taking care of his members. NFCU needs new management here in Brea. I happened to step in for a wire transfer one afternoon and all I observed was team members gossiping with management. This is unacceptable for member-facing representatives. Can you please make a change?

The men and women who served in the armed forces with me deserve better. The Navy Federal Credit Union is the most incompetent credit union I have encountered.

I do not recommend going to this location. Employees rather sit around and talk to each other about non related work, they are lazy, bathroom is nasty, Everytime I come here they always say they can’t help with this and that. I asked for a name change on my debit card and they refused but I was able to call customer service over the phone and they did it with no problem. If you want to get a check cashed by them go somewhere else they will tell you that they can’t cash it because it’s not theirs. I’m tired of this. I will go to an location out of state before I ever come back here.

Staff member I dealt with was so uninterested in my problems and trying to help me obtain a loan. I heard all these good things about Navy Federal and how they work with you. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them. I like SchoolsFirst much better. I’m going to be closing my account with them.

Do not use navy federal credit Union they are the worst. The worst. I used the West Covina branch it is horrible but I'm gonna go and leave a one star review on every branch I can find

Staff is always friendly helpful. If you are able to open an account need to work in your credit I suggest their secured credit card. I was able to boost my scores had it go from secured to a traditional credit card in less than a year.
