My husband and I were looking for a place that offered a relaxed, casual atmosphere with healthy dining options, and Mother’s Market consistently meets these criteria. It holds a special place in our hearts as it was one of my mom’s favorite spots to eat. Despite dealing with numerous medical issues and food allergies, she always felt safe at Mother’s Market. Many cherished memories of having lunch and hot tea with her here flood my mind whenever I visit here.Lunchtime can get a bit crowded, but finding a table or booth is usually not a problem, given the many seating options. The dining area is small and cozy, yet you never feel uncomfortably close to others. The menus are thoughtfully marked, indicating which items are gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and organic—something I greatly appreciate due to my many allergies. While I did have a few questions, the waitress was incredibly kind and took the time to research everything I needed. I felt completely at ease!I opted for the Loaded Nachos with corn chips, black beans, cheese, and sour cream—all gluten-free. You can customize the dish to make it vegan. The nachos were generously portioned and served as a satisfying and hearty snack for my lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am considering adding chicken next time for a bit of variety. The dish comes with salsa and avocado, but I had them served on the side due to my allergies to avocados and tomatoes. My husband ordered the Chilaquiles and described it as tasty. The dish featured corn tortillas, Chile and tomatillo sauce, two sunny-side-up eggs, feta cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. He also added my portion of avocado, which I can't eat, and it looked fantastic. For beverages, my husband chose black tea, and I opted for water. The warm black tea was a perfect choice on the overcast, cool day.The service staff is consistently kind and friendly, making each visit a nice experience for us.

Has plenty of affordable vegan options! But definitely a place to go if you're craving something specific from there. I love trying different things on menu, but it seems to be hit or miss. The vegan pancakes are very dry and had to ask for two things of syrup. My boyfriend had said the same thing about his regular pancakes. The syrup tasted bad. My boyfriend did like the chicken noodle soup and I always enjoy the pasta from here. The staff is nice but not very attentive at all. It's an okay little place to eat. When I went they had all their lights turned off so I was eating in the dark.

It felt really empty today like a ghost town, a Monday evening. The customer service was kind. A lady bagged my drinks and was sure to tie it tight! I saw a bunch of new kombucha flavors and was happy to see some on sale. I love the design, but the flavor was a bit lacking. The consistency is very smooth, however. Maybe because it's organic, but this is the first kombucha that isn't as fizzy/carbonated. I did notice their rolls are bigger than Sprout's, but it didn't look that great, and you can't beat their Wednesdays deals, which I doubt Mother's has.

I've been shopping at this Mother's Market for many years. Always clean and friendly and the best quality food around. They also have a nice little restaurant and an outdoor area to eat and hang out at. I wish every store had mostly organic options.

Pricy, not for your weekly grocery shopping, but the quality of the products is great. With good and more environmentally responsible brands.

Best smoothies that are actually affordable. I usually get the smoothie of the month which is like $6 and it changes each month. All the smoothies are really good though and they have great ingredients as well! Mothers has everything I crave/ need and more

Checked it out for the very first time, ordered green juice from the bar, and it turned out to be pre-made, assembled, not freshly squeezed, same as the bottled ones. Stay away from thiswannabe Whole Foods that's cutting corners while still charging the same, if not more. Also, staffs are like mummies, not friendly by any means. Go to Whole Foods Brea that's only 5 minutes away for the real fresh foods experience. Huge mistake for trying this place out. Will never return again!

I love Mother's Market, although it is pricey since it is a health market. I love going to get their fruit cups or pick up some well needed vitamins. My mom swears by this place and now so do I! I am obsessed with their guac, it is a must try!! It is usually located in the front of the store or near the juice bar. I love going to get smoothies after a workout. The acai energy with almond milk is my usual go to but the power workout is also super yum. My bf got it and I got to say I will be getting it from now on. The girl who was working there today was also super sweet and honestly have always had great service experiences when either ordering at the juice bar or checking out!

I usually go to their juice bar area and occasionally peruse the fresh fruits they have available. I think their service has always been pretty consistent. The workers are friendly and I dont have to wait super long for my drinks. What I miss though is that they used to have a machine for orange juice where you can press a button and it would make fresh orange juice right there. That was awesome. I don't like how they have juices prepackaged to go now. I think it tastes better fresh and may end up getting wasted if people don't buy the prepacked pressed juices prior to the expiration date. Other than that I always go here and will continue to do so!
