I loved my lashes! I wanted something natural looking with a sort of cat eye. I did not tell her (lol) but I was shopping for where I will be getting my lashes done before my wedding and the young lady worked very carefully and took her time. Heading there a few days before my wedding. I've gone to other places where I ask for something natural looking and with varying styles and I would always get stacked lashes that I hated after a few days. Definitely coming back!

My first time & I was so disappointed! I was told by the male hair stylist that a perm might not be curly like I want because my hair is really soft, long & blonde. He cut 2 inches which was totally fine & nice but the perm was awful!! It barely even had a wave to it. He kept twisting my hair while drying it, thinking it’ll help to create curls. For $170 for the perm & hair cut was just terrible!! I handed him $200 but he acted like I was just giving him the whole $200 so I just said you can have $200 for the tip! I’m way too nice & was truly disappointed! I went there because the reviews were 5 star but ugh????

I’ve been going to this eyelash place for about a year. Miya is my technician and she was always wonderful. I went there this last Friday for my fill and while I was waiting a lady came in that works there. I’ve seen her before, but did not know what her role was at the salon. She went in the back and started yelling at someone. As she walked back through the lobby, I ask her to stop yelling. She went outside in front of the door and started screaming at someone at the top of her lungs. I couldn’t understand what she said as they did not speak in English. The second person was answering in a very quiet voice. This woman finally came back into the salon. At that time, I decided to leave as this was clearly abuse of an employee. Outside I saw that it was my technician and that she was shaking and in tears. I felt terrible for her. This woman has caused this salon to lose a customer due to her unprofessional behavior. If I owned this place, she would be fired as she is not good for business. So sorry to have to leave Miya as she did a wonderful job. Hopefully she will find employment elsewhere.

Destroyed my eyes and lashes. I did not pull or manually do anything- my lashes just fell attached to the eyelash extension after a few days. My eyes burned and were infected after the product they used and I went to urgent care. I do not have any allergies to anything! So not only did my eyes get burned but my natural eyelashes all fell off without pulling and any stress put on them!!! Go to another place that uses safer products/better prices.

This place was so amazing my lash tech was Ella. She was so amazing and so patient. It was my first time getting lash extensions. She walked me through the whole process and I got amazing results. Exactly what I wanted!!!!

Great experience with Rachel at Moon Lash in Brea. She's very professional and detailed. I asked for a sexy glamorous look for the holidays. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I was so relaxed with her, I fell asleep. I highly recommend Rachel.

I don’t like posting bad reviews but this one was bad .. again the technician was kind but she did not listen to what I had asked for . I have had lashes for years and recently took a 8 month break .. I told her I wanted a 3D volume that she stated was one step up from classic natural look .. she said 3 lashes per lash fan.. when she was done I looked in the mirror and was in shock .. she said “Do you like them .. I did a little more for you ?” i could not see my eyes.. it was like a black caterpillar across my eyes… she saw I was shocked and said I can remove a few .. she took off a few and it didn’t make a dent .. I left in absolute tears .. i put my sunglasses on and immediately went to another salon .. they removed over 15 fans .. she showed me them and each fan has about 12 lashes … now my eyes are swollen shut.. please make sure you make very clear multiple times what you want … this is a nightmare hand has cost me double the amount … I am not going to dispute my credit card because she did invest her time… The only advice I can give to this salon is listen to your customers

They did really bad eye lashes on my daughter. Some spots has a gap looks like missing eye lashes. Called and spoke to the Manager, very bad attitude. Asked him to remove all the eye lashes and give the money back. He said NO and hung up on me. Called back few time he didn’t pick up. Not recommended

BEWARE DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!! Major rip off! Besides losing your lashes you will lose your money also!! Terrible quality lashes cheap cheap cheap. But of course they claim it's high quality!! Terrible experience.

I have been going to see Rachel and I love my lashes. I am rather picky when it comes to extensions but I have found my place and my girl!! Decently priced and look natural.

Customer service doesn't seem to be important. Two times I had confirmed appointment they would ask if I could come early. Last time I left work early and on the way text me back to say tech took a walk in, I got there and they made me wait 30 minutes after my confirmed appointment time.

I love this place. They have so many styles and types of lashes to choose from. I used to go somewhere else that it didn't matter what you asked for the lashes always looked the same.Moon Lash does them exactly as you ask AND they last weeks! I have had a set last me 5 weeks! Save yourself the trouble of going to other places and just go to Moon Lashes! You won't be disappointed.

Loved my lashes! My appointment was with Joanne and she was so gentle and accommodating. My lashes looked wispy and natural. I'm writing the review a week later and my lashes still look full and wispy. However, my right eye did have more fall out but I have a bad habit of rubbing that eye.

I came here many times and was always happy, but the last two times, my eyes have been super itchy. I think they changed the glue. I mentioned it to them, and they said they would use a "sensitive" adhesive the next time, but they were still so itchy. Intolerable itchy. So disappointed. I think they changed the glue to low-grade glue. Never coming back. Now I'm afraid to doing this again.P.S. They have an incentive that you get a free eyelash brush for a review. Maybe that's why they have so many good reviews .

I love coming here . I have been coming here for 2 years and my lashes always come out perfect . I recommend all my friends here as well. The staff is very professional and friendly .
