I got there at 10:00am in the morning to avoid traffic. The lady was really kind, and took the sample well. The inside was spacy and seemed to be well managed. The price was firm (no taxes and hidden fees), and the result came to my email in 53 minutes!”

“At the Irvine location on Corporate Park today. I am one of "those" patients; the one whose veins are hard to find, appear & disappear, and then roll when stuck. Well, today NONE of that was an issue with Felicia! I highly recommend her. She had me in and out quickly, found my vein, I didn't even feel the stick (!!), and used a bandage that will be painless to remove. I highly recommend this office.”

I've very sensitive when it comes to getting my blood drawn and after going to the same person for 10 years and having an insurance change I was very nervous about trying someone new. Jasmines touch with the needle is unreal I felt NOTHING! She's also the happiest person smiling and laughing the whole time you won't even notice your blood was taken!!! I highly recommend this spot! “I rarely write reviews. This is my first on Yelp. We have a remodeling job which would require removing some plaster and stucco wall as well as disturbing a popcorn ceiling. So I hired this company to come to take samples and test. The result shows asbestos in ceiling but not stucco and less than 1% for plaster wall. They told me that in California the asbestos content has to be less than 0.1% for it to be removed without license and that a more accurate but more expensive test needs to be performed to determine that. I grudgingly agreed. When the new test result came out, there was no asbestos detected in the samples. They told me they will update the initial test report and refund the charge for the new test. I was quite surprised because I did some research and learned that the first test based on Polarized Light Microscopy is a rough test and can yield false positive result. So their charge for the second test is totally legitimate and I have no problem paying for it. The fact that they refunded me shows an extraordinary level of concern for their customer's feelings and a high level of integrity which needs to be praised and made known.”

“I've been visiting their Sun Lab for over ten years and usually check their schedule before showing up. Because of the community's popular location, workers go out of their way to accommodate a large number of walk-ins. They maintained the place nice; there were no thrills here. Because of the wide range of individual circumstances, nurses must probe several times to acquire a successful blood sample. On a good day, in and out time is less than 15 minutes.”

“Hello, I recently had a service done here. I gave them a four-star rating because of the miscommunication. The customer service said they welcomed walk-ins, therefore, I decided to show up with no appointment. Upon my arrival a nice woman greeted me. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. I told her what the customer service told me over the phone. To my surprise, the front desk lady said, "Yes, she says that to everyone, but we don't do walk-ins." Luckily, my evening was free, and they had an opening, so I scheduled an appointment that day. I suggest updating the information here and notifying the customer service as well. However, all the ladies working that day in the office were very helpful.”
