I was here to get Disney shirts on a Monday evening. Much of the racks were in disarray making finding shirts very hard. I asked one person for help and she pointed me to an area that didn't look like it would have those, so I reconfirmed, and walked over. I turned around and she had disappeared. She was clearly I long term employee. Then I found another lady who walked over with me to search, but she seemed newer and was unable to find anything. I ended up finding some of what I needed. The price was good. I spent too much time though.

While passing through I saw a store and decided to buy something interesting, I love shopping)) But to my great regert, I left without shopping for 2 reasons.1)When I entered the hall I didn`t see the consultants, since it was my first time there, i didn`t know where or what to look for, I didn`t know where or what to look for, I had to walk around the store myself and look for the right product.2)It was a huge surprise that some things from the hangers were lying on the floor; it was onlys things, but they were terrible, and they lay there for about 10 minutes.Either this store needs to hire more consultants or be more attentive.

My Husband and I were blessed to be assisted by a great Macy's perfume representative. Her name is Amber. She was a great service to my husband, and I quickly described everything that we were looking for being considered. For the fact that we had tickets for the movies awaiting us she gave us efficient work with a beautiful energy and smile. Thank Amber! Many blessings.

Tried to get thru to men's shoes 3 times. Each time put on hold and no one answered. One would think at a time when brick and mortar stores are struggling to remain open customer service and experience would be job #1.

Being a faithful shopper of Macys Department Store for Generations.. I find this particular location "HORRIBLE" & the reason I say this is because of the "SHOE DEPARTMENT ".. they are short staffed, and without having the common courtesy to let the customer know this, they rather be rude and ignore customers!!!!!! I felt super bad for the "1" clerk who was doing her very best... however I had to go to another department to ask someone to call the floor manager which they did and the manager who assisted me was "MARTHA" I APPLAUD YOU !!!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us and listening... That means a GREAT DEAL TO A CUSTOMER!!!! I do understand that in these times everything is a bit different ... people can have a bad day, things go wrong, home life etc..BUT once a person comes to work we are to " clear ourselves of SELF " and do the best job we can.. and represent the "COMPANY "that we are employed by... Macys Department Stores have been around for a long time I just wanna know what happened to their CUSTOMER CARE.... so in sharing my experience. All I can say is ....... if you go to this location, just be prepared to have a whole, lotta patience and time...

So on May 29 I purchased these shoes online and 4 days later they go on sale! I'm so disappointed! I spent 87.05 on these and they are now 42.93!! If I had known these were going on sale within 4 days of purchasing I would have waited and it would have saved me money! So much for being a star reward member!Status update- customer service responded to my email in less that 24hrs and gave me the discount on the shoes! thank you thank you!! I appreciate Macys for doing this for me! I updated from 1 star to 5 stars!!! Amazing customer service and thankful they were able to grant me the discount on my shoes!!

I have always have a good experience at this store and always take advantage of their sales. The store is organized y clean. The cashier was nice and helpful... I will miss this store when they close.

When I went this morning Alize from womens perfume section approached me and she was so nice and showed me where to find the mens Macys... At mens perfume section the lady there was not helpful to me, I got so confused so I left... I went back to womens perfume and saw Alize and again she was so approachable and he brought me to Dan... Oh my Dan was amazing, he helped me liked above and beyond! He explained to me clearly and walked all the way to the mens department to talk to the lady there .... Dan wanted to make sure that I feel happy when Ieave the store coz' he can tell that I was upset... Great customer service due to Alize and Dan!!

For the Sales rep lady that was working the men's watches tonight, I'd reckon to at least acknowledge your customers you'll be right with them when ringing up a customer for 15minutes. I was ready to purchase a watch and knew what I wanted. Also another sales rep told me the men's watches was at the other macys inside the mall, but that was false. I think the staff needs some retraining at this location.

I ask only for 2 venti drinks and this dude half naked almost not wearing a shirt too ? over charge for another drink that I didn't asked too? so I told the lady why they charge 18 bucks for 2 drinks seriously?? I told them do you guys charge for the water too to the lady? And she's like no so she look to the receipt to make sure why I was over charge?? Every time I go to Starbucks they always charge me 12 dollars. Be careful to go to this Starbucks inside macys I just came here because it's too busy the other down the stairs of the mall.

My wife and I would like to recognize your employee Cindy in the Jewelry Section for her Outstanding Customer Service. Cindy was very patient and made several suggestions that enabled my wife to select the perfect ring. Well maybe not perfect, the ring had to be resized and would take about 5 weeks to be available. We believe it will be worth the wait. We could not have made this purchase without Cindy's expertise. Cindy said, she will keep on top of the resizing Company to make sure we get the ring as soon as possible. Thank You Cindy for your Professionalism. David and Rose

We were there today & we're checked out by the unfriendliest cashier!! He acted as if he was in the ugliest dark mood ever! We were just a bother to him! This was in the mens department. The cashier was a young person, maybe 28 years old or so. Macys at the BREA mall has gone downhill terribly! The womens department looks like they have leftover tables & tables from a fire sale! I will not go back there again. I hadn't been going that often anyway.
