My boyfriend and I both went in today and we were helped by the entire staff. Giselle was our first encounter. She answered our questions with no hesitation and a lot of enthusiasm! Then, while shopping, we slowly started asking the other associates Cat, Becky and Sophie! All very knowledgeable with the product!! Just overall amazing customer service! Thank you, ladies!

I had a great experience with Sophie recently, they were so friendly and had answers to almost every question I threw at her. She sure knows her stuff, I have allergies and she was very quick to steer me safely away from anything that I might react to. I'm so grateful for their guidance around the store, which was clean and tidy. Thank you Sophie!

The absolute best! I went in last night to grab a last minute gift, and had the best experience. I was greeted warmly, directed toward what I was looking for, and had a nice chat with the employee helping me. Went to stand in line to pay, and another employee told me their credit card system was down. I didn't have cash, so she very patiently explained how to use the pay now pick up in store option to get my items checked out. The system was giving us a bit of trouble, but she was very patient and kind helping me through it. The store was full, as expected right before Christmas, but every employee in there was so kind, patient, and helpful. I know holidays can be very stressful for retail workers, and sometimes things happen out of their control. I just wanted to give the whole store a very big bravo for being amazing! Every employee in there is very appreciated, and doing an awesome job! Happy Holidays LUSH at Brea! You all rock!!

They put out TESTER mouth tablets that you have to chew, put water in your mouth, swish, and spit out. I chewed and JUST put water in my mouth from the sink, an employee who's fat and has short hair turned around aggressively and told me with a nasty attitude "UM YOU CANT SPIT IN OUR SINKS" like WHAT WHO SAID I WAS GONNA SPIT IT IN THE SINK !!!! and why would you have a product that requires spitting too. I am absolutely appalled and flabbergasted , DISTRAUGHT !!!! by the customer service this lush employee gave me. She needs to do training again. I will not buy anything from this lush ever again.

Nice place and it's pretty clean, staff is friendly and will let you try out the products or demonstrate them for you. Be advised it smells pretty strongly, if you're sensitive to smells you might want to wear a face covering.

We recently had my six year olds birthday party and it was a hit with all the little girls and their moms. The store itself is so beautiful that you don't have to decorate. I had our party in the morning and brought pastries and coffee. Mothers had time to chat. The kids were fully entertained with the games. The setting was intimate enough that I was able to relax and enjoy the party. There were three hosts from their staff to help me with the party. That made all the difference. They helped with setting up, coordinating the games for the kids, and clean up. I just had to show up with my things and pay. Would highly recommend. Truly every little girls dream party.

Whenever I come into the store, it feels very welcoming and the staff us super friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and can provide great recommendations for products depending on your needs. Destiny wad very helpful last time I went in. Great products, but I heard a manager (or someone in charge?) talking to an employee so rudely like they were a dog. Treat your staff better and with more kindness. Isn't that lush whole policy? Or is it all an act?
