I just came home from their store and still get upset how the women employee look at me with half of her eyes and never smile, the other one had little attitude in her tone, I had no problem at this location before but now. If they don’t like their job they should look up for other than affected other people moods.

Went in this location after church seeking items for work and a leadership conference, three employees were standing at the door holding conversations, no one greeted me. Two women who weren’t a POC , were greeted and asked were they needing assistance, lol typical

Pretty store....l was able to snag some great bracelets. But I realized why it was a great deal...one of the clearance bracelet was fit larger than usual. But not to worry, l was able to tweak it with pliers and made it smaller. One wouldn't tell apart any adjustment made

Fantastic customer service. I believe her name was Abigail, but I'm horrible with names, spent 20mins this morning trying to fix an issue with a gift card. She went beyond what she needed to in customer service and it was very appreciated.

I love their clothes and shop here despite their less than stellar customer service. However, when the posted hours on their door say that they open at 10 on Saturday yet their doors are locked and no one is there that does start to get annoying. Call before you head out because they don't seem to honor their posted business hours

I'm writing a review for a small private shopping event that I co-hosted a few weeks back. The store manager, Sarah, was extremely helpful and organized. The additional staff members were cheery and happy to help. The store was clean and the selection of clothes was great. We're hoping to host another event here in a couple of months! Thank you for a fun morning with our co-worker friends! As teachers, it's always fun to meet up outside of school and do something fun! :)

I was paying at the counter where they had sprayed chemicals to clean off the area after the customer before me was. I set down my Christian Dior bag on the countertop to pay for my items. When it was time to leave my purse was stuck in the counter and I had to rip it off where it stained the bottom of my luxury bag. The manager gave me the corporate number to call about my claim where they denied any responsibility. This loft store ruined by Christian Dior bag and I definitely won't be coming back. I'm extremely upset about my experience there.

Please revise your store hours on Yelp! I went to the store and learned the hours had changed according to the post on their door. I could have avoided wasted time waiting for the store to open.
