I left a review a while back addressing a concern; however, this is my updated review as Ruben reached out to me and addressed the hiccup. Ruben is amazing! He cares that customers receive superior service and conducted a thorough investigation and explained to me what happened. He ensured that all of my needs and concerns were met making me one happy customer! I truly enjoyed working with him!
