This was possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went to this location with my family where my cousin was looking at the discounted hats section. He was planning on buying about 6-8 of them. They all had price stickers but when we were checking out, the associate neglected to tell us that the prices had gone up. We went back to the store after reviewing the receipt and he said the prices had gone up by $5 each hat. However, he didn't tell us this when we were initially checking out. I asked why they didn't change out the price stickers and he said "to be honest with you it's too much work". I guess being transparent during the interaction was also "too much work". He basically had a "take it or leave it" attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. It was very clear that he did not care about his job. I would not recommend this place to anyone that cares about having a pleasant shopping experience. Avoid at all costs.

1 star for customer service. No one answers phone, called multiple times and no one picks up phone. My order should have been ready yesterday (order placed 4 days ago and paid in full), tried calling yesterday and all day today when I finally decided to drop in because my order should have been ready, but it was not. So frustrated, only one hat done out of 6. Waste of time, understaffed possibly. Now told will try to have by tonight or tomorrow. So frustrating!

Customer service can be better. Went in there guy working doesn't give a shit not helpful just nods at u. Would not go back or recommend.

I just left this Lids location and was a very unsatisfied customer. I bought a beanie from another lids store and they forgot to that the sensor off. So I took the receipt and the beanie to Brea location. Joseph was the lids employee that help me. I show him the receipts and the beanie. Joseph look at the sensor and was like I need to take it to that location I got it from. I was like I got it from lids I just need the sensor off. After his smart remark. I asked for the store location number not the phone number to the store. After telling him 10 times he finally gave it to me. I'm going to put a picture with this review.

I placed an order online got next day delivery because I wanted the items as gifts for my kids 2 days later I get email items won't be delivered till 2 weeks so I tried to cancel order and they couldn't never apologized never any kind of explanation will never purchase from them again

Too many restrictions when it comes to embroidery at this place. Went to Another lids and they accommodated with the same design I went in for at Brea Lids. WACK!!!

Stepped in to find a hat for my son & Vanessa was on her phone the entire time I was in store, I was in there for about 30 minutes . There was an issue with the hat I wanted & they were trying to figure out how much to charge me. Vanessa Took 2 personal calls while on her shift , customers would come in & she would ignore them while being on her phone & putting hats on the shelf. Very unprofessional that's why people wouldn't buy anything because they weren't being attended to

Terrible customer service. I tried returning a brand new hat I bought 2 weeks ago and they wouldn't take it. I had my receipt and I was within the 30 days, but they complained about the condition of the hat and said it was "used." This hat was brand new and never worn so it was very frustrating to be treated with so much rudeness and disrespect. FYI to all the workers there, I went to a different Lids and they gladly and politely accepted my return with no issues. The quality of this shop is equivalent to its rude workers and I understand why this shop is rated so low.

Come in to buy a hat I saw online. They had it for 41.99 and the online price was 38.99 same item I asked if they would match the price for there own website they said no. Zero customer service. I just bought it online and i got a coupon ended up paying 31.99.
