Koichi is so great at what he does. He is always so kind, a pleasure to speak to, and stays on top of our large order. His customer service is top notch and always follows through as promised. I don’t have to stress about the order because I know it is in good hands with him. Thank you so much Koichi for all you do! So glad I went with Kohler and that I went through the store instead of purchasing online.

Purchased a special order toilet. The initial service was good, we were told it'd be 8 weeks for the order. It ended up being about 15 weeks before we received the toilet. During that time, once the 8 weeks passed, nobody called us to notify that it would take even longer. We've had to call 3 times a week just to be told they'd talk to their warehouse and that they have no time frame. Eventually it showed up and as we went to install the toilet, of course the bolts and caps for the toilet were missing. I've now been told "these will be sent out to us." Curious if it'll be another 15 weeks. Great products, but lack of real customer service.

Kochi is so pleasant and knowledgeable. He sold me a new rainhead based on his experience with the same rainhead in hotels in 3 different countries in Europe. So fun to hear his story!

Determining what fixtures will look best in your space is naturally a challenge for anyone. However, Ryan made this process supper easy and his knowledge and expertise on the wide range of Kohler products will only set you up for success! Ryan also responds in a timely manner with any questions you have along the way. I highly recommend this Kohler Signature location and working with Ryan.

Koichi motegi was outstanding with my design for my master bathroom. He provided me with drawings of how my fixtures would look and fit in my shower bath areas. I have been looking for fixtures for over 9 months. And have found the information and items I need to start my projects. Make sure to work with him at the Brea store. He is a wealth of knowledge !

I ordered a Kohler tub through HomeDepot Online which unfortunately became damaged in transit, requiring us to have to return it. I was in a pinch because the contractors were there prepared to install the tub. Home Depot told me it would be another 15 days before I got a new one.
I called the Kohler Brea location and spoke with Ryan Navarro who was able to able to pull a miracle and purchase one over the phone at 12:30 pm on a Friday and found a 3rd party vendor to drop it off SAME DAY!! Within an hour, we had our tub delivered in perfect condition. He was so kind and professional throughout our phone call and he truly saved the day.
Thank you so much for your understanding and determination to get us the correct tub delivered the same day. Especially on a Friday!!

I love this Kohler store. My second time buying materials for my house. Ryan was kind enough to help me. He worked with my budget and put a shower system together plus corresponding bath sink faucet. I did my research prior to visiting the store and was in need of help with diverter and valve to go with the brass trim I chose. Definitely, I needed Ryan to put this all together. He was very patient with me. I told him the design of handles I liked and he created a shower system for me, slide bar and all. I definitely will go back to this store again. Service is A++.
