Kaiser pharmacy desk personnel super disgusting manners very hostile Not sure who her name but she was a pale lady with oversize eyelashes that did not fit her face at all! Sorry but thats all i can remember about her and her nasty attitude! yuk! yelling out "single file line"! very hostile. Honestly seems as if she hated her job, she talked to everyone very rudely and cranky.Kaiser In-service that girl and do it quickly she needs to learn some appropriate people skills. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working there! Thank you.

Beautiful offices awesome front desk very hygienic but when it comes to patient care appointments it’s miserable they make you wait they overbook appt they don’t value your time you are just a number sitting waiting to be called in 5 out of 10 visits you end waiting longer .

I scheduled my daughter's physical a month ago, and they canceled my appointment two days before!! Really? This has never happened in any other doctors/medical offices. Then, I spent over 20 minutes on the phone just trying to schedule a new appointment. It's so inconvenient and inconsiderate by Kaiser!!

I no longer go to this clinic. I stopped going here after I went in for a rash on my face due to covid mask irritation. I was asked if I wanted to do a pap smear multiple times and I explained I did not go in for that and would feel more comfortable addressing what was going on on my face.I also explained I was well aware i was over due because i had attempted a pap smear multiple times previously but my doctor had canceled 3 times, twice before covid even began.I believe i said no to a pap smear to whoever i spoke to when i checked in, whoever saw me to the room, and finally the nurse taking all my info in the room. That final nurse would not accept no, and asked me 4 times before finally looking at me over her glasses and holding her gaze until I agreed. That is 7 times I had to say no to a procedure I did not go in for, for a visit I didn’t expect to get undressed for.The doctor who finally came in advised basic acne care even though I insisted I had something bacterial on my face. They would not offer me any relevant testing and just insisted I had to wash my face.I was only able to get care by calling and emailing Kaisers no-contact care they had/have. Going in for an appointment was a total waste. My Primary is almost never available and even if an appointment is made, they almost always cancel. This just isn’t a medical provider that gives the impression they care at all.

Good offices, good staff, short lines, altogether a good experience. One odd thing: no drinking fountains, so plan ahead in case you get thirsty.

I would say 5 star for the Doctor! Very accommodating and gentle. She took time to give the care a baby deserves. But only 1 star for the nurse that assisted the Pediatrician. I understand that there's a schedule of appointments to follow. That's already given. Since the beginning, the nurse was obviously in a rush. As moms, we wanted to render gentle touch and care to our babies. We expect our babies to be safe whenever they have their WBC. However, the nurse that took care of my baby should have a competency check or re- education on how to handle a baby. First, my baby had a red mark on his forehead from the thermometer after taking his temperature. Obviously because from too much pressure. Second, she measured his head inaccurately since the tape measure was below the spot where it has the largest circumference. Third, the weight was probably inaccurate as well since she documented the weight when my baby was not relax and leaning forward. (Safety issue-- she even told me to let go of my baby while my baby is obviously not calm, moving and leaning forward! I DID NOT FOLLOW AND WAITED. Fourth, she gave the medicine while my baby is lying flat! I had to elevate my baby's head but she kept on administering the medicine while my baby's crying! That's high risk of aspiration/choking, vomiting. She's in a hurry to give the medicine and my baby ended up vomiting. She should have given the medicine slowly, little by little, baby not crying and head elevated. I had to intervene and get my baby upright immediately. I even had to remind her and ask about the next appointment that needs to be scheduled. I am sharing this review to prevent this disappointing experience from happening again not just to my baby but to other children. I hope this review will improve the care and service and also to provide re-education to the staff that safety and gentle care are priorities over anything. Please take this review positively to assess and improve the performances and services being rendered. Thank you.

I despise this place with a strong passion. Cant even get a fax number for another provider I see. When you write Dr. Khalil, they question whatever you are asking for even down to why you are asking for a fax number. Since Covid, Dr. Khalil refuses to let her nurses answer basic health questions over the portal and it is beyond frustrating. What's the point of having a message center then? Worst insurance in the world and so happy I am leaving next month.

This is the most unprofessional office I have been to. I have and am still currently waiting on my daughters appointment...yes appointment; and it has been well over 90 minutes. I walked out of the room to check and see what he hold up was and the Physician stated we were a little late and that's why we had to wait...which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. She then proceeded to go see two more patients. All the while I'm thinking I was 5 minutes late, there is no way it should incur a 90 minute wait time. I do understand that physicians have multiple patients, and appointments are scheduled for a reason, but even when I am early I am waiting for over an hour and they never say, oh...its because you were early; smfh!

Excellent service and friendly people. Waits for lab and pharmacy are simply due to sometimes high volume.

Over a hundred people waited in line for the building to be opened. People waited for an hour. Then after 10 minutes of the actual time of the building to be open. Someone on the loud speaker said no staff at the location building close. Put up a f****** sign that it is close. DONT HAVE PEOPLE WAITING, WASTE OF TIME.

Went for a Covid test around 2pm Jan 29, 2021 and to my disappointment, we had to fall in line in the rain where it was wet and cold. It took about 2 hrs in the rain before our turn. They should have provided some type of cover to shield from rain and cold. If 95% tested negative for Covid, they created a percentage catching the Flu or related illness due to prolonged bad weather exposure. Good job Kaiser. Hope you do a much better job!

Had a prev experience with horrible coughing at the beg. Of pandemic. Was told my reg dr was booked so since this is closest - I waited for a nurse/dr by the front desk lady who checked me in for a quick appointment. When they called me to go in, this Hispanic rn nurse was unprofessional and gaslighting me about how I felt about the seriousness of my symptoms. I will not go into further detail but let’s just say, it was unprofessional. She and the dr made me wait over 15 min while she just went to the back to chat with other staff wasting time, And then finally she told me just to get otc cough syrup and it’s not covered by my insurance. then, the rn said that, “ if I can afford… (she stared at some Kate spade shoes and paused as she said this to point out my shoes looked expensive), then I can afford otc cough syrup.” I got those shoes as hand me downs through a donation from friends. wow who says that? It Hurt being treated poorly & I was disgusted by this Kaiser.Later I Reported it to the management who sent me a letter basically doing nothing alleviating this situation. I reported this further to a Kaiser member services about this misconduct. They actually listened and were apologetic. This is a red flag about bad management dealing with misconduct from a nurse/dr. I really don’t recommend going here and im glad I had a friend see what I experienced as a witness. I bet there are many others who might’ve experienced similar misconduct or harassment. Also, The pharmacy workers at the register tends to mess up a lot on orders or seem weird/not know what they’re doing, dunno if they have new hires or what?
