Dr. Trang Van Nguyen is the BEST. She's been my doc since 2009 with the exception of one year due to change insurance but she is the reason I went back to Kaiser. I don't trust any other doctors besides her. She takes her time in discussing what is going on and answers any questions of mine without me feeling inferior. She is very busy because it took me a few months to get her but she's definitely worth the wait!

I had Kaiser insurance for many years, and feel very grateful for the care received through the years. My experience with doctors, and nurses, has been great. Even during the pandemia they were there to consult and to serve .I am again grateful also to the office and reception because they have been there always willing to work with your schedule . Thank you

I would say 5 star for the Doctor! Very accommodating and gentle. She took time to give the care a baby deserves. But only 1 star for the nurse that assisted the Pediatrician. I understand that there's a schedule of appointments to follow. That's already given. Since the beginning, the nurse was obviously in a rush. As moms, we wanted to render gentle touch and care to our babies. We expect our babies to be safe whenever they have their WBC. However, the nurse that took care of my baby should have a competency check or re- education on how to handle a baby. First, my baby had a red mark on his forehead from the thermometer after taking his temperature. Obviously because from too much pressure. Second, she measured his head inaccurately since the tape measure was below the spot where it has the largest circumference. Third, the weight was probably inaccurate as well since she documented the weight when my baby was not relax and leaning forward. (Safety issue-- she even told me to let go of my baby while my baby is obviously not calm, moving and leaning forward! I DID NOT FOLLOW AND WAITED. Fourth, she gave the medicine while my baby is lying flat! I had to elevate my baby's head but she kept on administering the medicine while my baby's crying! That's high risk of aspiration/choking, vomiting. She's in a hurry to give the medicine and my baby ended up vomiting. She should have given the medicine slowly, little by little, baby not crying and head elevated. I had to intervene and get my baby upright immediately. I even had to remind her and ask about the next appointment that needs to be scheduled. I am sharing this review to prevent this disappointing experience from happening again not just to my baby but to other children. I hope this review will improve the care and service and also to provide re-education to the staff that safety and gentle care are priorities over anything. Please take this review positively to assess and improve the performances and services being rendered. Thank you.

I despise this place with a strong passion. Cant even get a fax number for another provider I see. When you write Dr. Khalil, they question whatever you are asking for even down to why you are asking for a fax number. Since Covid, Dr. Khalil refuses to let her nurses answer basic health questions over the portal and it is beyond frustrating. What's the point of having a message center then? Worst insurance in the world and so happy I am leaving next month.

This is the most unprofessional office I have been to. I have and am still currently waiting on my daughters appointment...yes appointment; and it has been well over 90 minutes. I walked out of the room to check and see what he hold up was and the Physician stated we were a little late and that's why we had to wait...which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. She then proceeded to go see two more patients. All the while I'm thinking I was 5 minutes late, there is no way it should incur a 90 minute wait time. I do understand that physicians have multiple patients, and appointments are scheduled for a reason, but even when I am early I am waiting for over an hour and they never say, oh...its because you were early; smfh!

Over a hundred people waited in line for the building to be opened. People waited for an hour. Then after 10 minutes of the actual time of the building to be open. Someone on the loud speaker said no staff at the location building close. Put up a f****** sign that it is close. DONT HAVE PEOPLE WAITING, WASTE OF TIME.

Went for a Covid test around 2pm Jan 29, 2021 and to my disappointment, we had to fall in line in the rain where it was wet and cold. It took about 2 hrs in the rain before our turn. They should have provided some type of cover to shield from rain and cold. If 95% tested negative for Covid, they created a percentage catching the Flu or related illness due to prolonged bad weather exposure. Good job Kaiser. Hope you do a much better job!

The pharmacy staff is terrible. I am pregnant was prescribed certain meds. They called to say "we don't fill OTC (over-the-counter meds)." Can you just do your job and fill my meds because I know I get discounted on it from insurance? They gave me a run-around and placed me on hold FOREVER hoping I would hang up. I asked for them to transfer my meds to Kaiser Anaheim by 91. They didn't even bother. Anyways I ordered it myself and sure enough- I WAS RIGHT! My meds on estimated cost were WAY cheaper than their OTC retail pricing. Please just do your job next time, and tell people their total instead of going out of your way to delay filling it up. I'm several hours late on getting my meds refilled due to their "helpfulness."

I hardly ever come here. Well if you compare it to a 5 year span. But recently I've been here often. This is my 4th time since Aug of 2020. And now it's January. I do like how they have an X-ray area and a pharmacy. Makes the trip easier. Especially when you are referred to imaging. Most to almost all Kaiser's have a pharmacy. Since they keep everything in house. So that is nice. They are open as late S the clinic. Only the hospital pharmacy is open 24 hours. You have to be a patient of Kaiser to get meds that I know of. But anyone can buy the over the counter stuff they also carry. So if you can't find it somewhere else. You could find it here. I've had 3 X-rays done here more. And the man who works there is great. Very friendly and courteous. He makes getting an X-ray simple and painless. My doctor is great. I've had my differences with him about my knee. But he has explained to me that due to Covid 19 his hands are tied to physical therapy I am very grateful to him. I'm alive due to him. I came in august for vertigo. He said it looked and sounded like vertigo. But to be thorough, he had me get a CT. He didn't like that there was a little pain. Glad he did. I was rushed to the ER and within 3 hours I had a blood bubble removed that was the size of Golf ball. It had been pushing on my brain. It was an emergency surgery during Covid times But thank God he wanted to be thorough and there was a window of 51/2 hours available for me to have my surgery. So I may not always agree with my doctor. But how many times can you say your doctor saved your life. Thank You Dr Mathur and the surgeons at the Kaiser hospital in Anaheim.
