I went to return my daughter's shoes and it was the worst experience ever. My daughter tried them on at the store and she said they fit but once we got home She noticed the shoes bothered her toe. We went back to return them and it was a big ordeal. They didnt want to accept them and claimed the shoes had been worn.. The manager said they looked worn and used. I asked one of the employees to compare them to other ones at the store and they couldn't tell the difference from a new pair out of the box. We had just bought them the day before and the shoes were only tried on. We had to go back two times in order for them to take them back. That manager needs to learn manners and not accuse people of lying. If that is store policy to accuse people of lying them journey's needs to retrain their managers..everyone else at the store was pleasant and they knew the manager was being rude. On our way out I overheard one of the employees tell the manager that he was completely unfair about the situation. I agree

Called the store to ask if I could exchange a pair of shoes I bought in the wrong size, many months ago (I did not expect them to be exchangeable). Manager said yes so I drove an hour to the store. I was told I can't do the exchange because the shoes weren't "new" and was literally told "I can show you what a new pair looks like." MY PAIR IS NEW SMH I don't need to be condescended and the implication that I'm a liar. I'm so sorry they're dusty and have "wear" from me trying them on in my own home?? I didn't know dust was rendered a new product old but lesson learned I supposed.

Great customer service, my daughters happy, I'm happy! I tried buying the shoes purchased from another store, they referred me to Journeys, and my daughter (picky Mickey) ended up with two pair. Great service!
