Jim is personable, professional, patient, has exceptional attention to detail, and you can always count on him. I recently had my car stolen from in front of my own home, which of course marked a very difficult time for me, but Jim made all the paperwork and headaches a lot easier than they would’ve been elsewhere. I recommend him to anyone looking for consistency and reliability in an insurance agent.

Melody has forever earned my business. If she moves office, I will follow. I have had Jim as my State Farm Agent for 10 years and my family have used him for 20+ years. I've used him for homeowners insurance and car insurance. Jim has always gone above and beyond for me, provided me proof of insurance, offered to find me discounts that I qualified for- good student, good driver, and multi-car discount. Jim has always provided me outstanding customer service and I have recommended Jim to all my friends.

Came in off the street for a quote on car and auto. The agents were great!
They offered us coffee and donuts.. lol like I needed them?.
I got great quotes for home and auto. Paying a whole lot less than I was with my other insurance. The nice thing about this State Farm agency is they are down the street from my house and super friendly. Love the donuts!!
