Found them on Google and tried them out today for oil change, and I think I will definitely come back for other services in the future. Carlos was very friendly and just a kind hearted soul, he answered all my questions I had about my car and explained thoroughly so that I can understand in plain language. I didn’t see any unnecessary up charges during my visit, was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommendable for locals who don’t know too much about cars, they’re honest and professional!

Asked oil change and it did costs $120 with checking service I did not request. If you do not care the price, it might be good for you. Not for me. No next time.

I had a very bad experience here, I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, the owner is a Liar and very cheap, he will try to cheat you out of money any way he can.

Jack and his right-hand-man Calvin have always done right by my family. I will continue to recommend them as an honest, reliable shop to friends and family.

This dude Jack is a asshole and sucks!!! I called because AAA gave me his number to replace my battery that's under warranty and called to just see how much service labor would be he starts saying the rudest shit. Terrible customer service from this dude. AAA should just cut him out bc he treats customers like shit. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ASSHOLE TO ANYONE. STEAR CLEAR.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Some back story, I was in Las Vegas and was about to head home to Orange County on a Monday morning when my car wouldn’t start. Made the usual clicking noise but wouldn’t crank, which led me to believe it’s the battery. However, I had purchased a battery from AAA not too long ago, it would still be under warranty. I got a jump on my car, drove back to OC to let the battery charge over the four hour drive, and then I would deal with it when I got home.Called AAA, they said they couldn’t get a mobile technician out to my house, but referred us to three local mechanics who would do the swap for us. Chose the closest one, which was Jax, and little did I know, I was in for major headaches. I showed them all the proper paperwork, including my AAA invoice which stated a 36 month limited warranty, and the manager in the office said they needed to run a few tests to make sure the battery wasn’t bad. Before even popping the hood, the manager already was saying “there’s no way the battery was bad, it was only two years old”. He then proceeded to tell me that there might be something wrong with the alternator or the “charging unit”? Already immediate red flags, he hadn’t even popped the hood yet at this point. They proceeded to charge the battery for an hour, to which obviously it started up after that point. He would then make claims that the alternator was bad and we would need to get it replaced, and quoted us for a ridiculous amount. I told him there was no way it’s the alternator, because we wouldn’t have been able to drive 4 hours from Las Vegas on just the car battery alone. I told him no thanks, and tried the other two shops referred by AAA.The battery was inspected by BOTH of the other AAA referred mechanics, to which they both told me the same thing, the battery was defective. It was swapped out under warranty and I was in and out of the other HONEST mechanic’s shop in less than thirty minutes. Please go ANYWHERE else. This place tries to pull the wool over your eyes rather than just do honest work.

Drove in on a whim after reading the positive reviews & they came through. I only can do repairs to Mt vehicle on Mondays because of work & they fit in right away. Fixed my check engine problem & the air conditioner. Both minor issues but I wanted them addressed. They called me after the inspection & told me the issues & quoted me prices BEFORE doing any work which is expected of a professional business but not all do so. He even took some of the total down without me even asking. Refreshing & a much needed shot of human kindness & honesty is just what I needed & they delivered. I will be coming back here for any future auto issues. Thnx Jax Auto.

The best! Several times they have done work and could have charged me more but were honest and fixed for near nothing or said I didn’t even need what another place said I did. Definitely earned my trust and respect. They get all my business!Mark TService: Brake service & repair

My family has been going to Jax’s Auto for over 20 years, and we have never, ever been disappointed. Jack and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they never try to perform unnecessary work. On top of all of this, we are always satisfied with the work done. I can’t recommend Jax’s auto enough.Services: Brake service & repair
