“Wow. We are the happiest new T-Mobile customers ever. After 25 years… we left Verizon. They clearly didn’t care as much about our customer loyalty as we did.
But we are so glad that we walked into the Brea office on Saturday morning and helped by Timothy B. Four people, home Internet, a kids watch, new phones, and new accounts… it took quite a bit of time but it was worth it and Tim made sure we got every available discount and rebate possible. As a proud member of Generation X… I am all too happy to be able to walk into a store and get my phone issues sorted out by a real human being. Thanks T-Mobile! Thanks Tim!”
“Went to the mall to upgrade my son's iPhone, and it was busy at the store. Elijah checked in with us and even made some valid points about the new iPhone that is coming out and said I will be with you when Im done and his other appointment went long but he still made it a point to let us know he didnt forget about us. Elijah went above his duties to make sure my son got what he wanted and that everything was working. The first time I left T-MOBILE happy and did what I went into accomplish. As for the selection and value of AT&T itself, I think it's on the middle to expensive range. *I am reviewing the service itself, as I will no longer be participating in any AT&T services.”
