I was having some car problems and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, it's hard to trust on a mechanic... I went and saw Ray at the Import Service Centre, he was incredibly helpful.He provided clear guidance on what needed immediate attention and what I could hold off on for a while, It was reassuring to have someone genuinely assist me rather than pushing unnecessary services. I'm pleased to have found a mechanic I can trust!

One of the nicest mechanics you will ever meet! With pricing inflation for product has gone up, this shop is honest and not overpriced on labor. Will never go anywhere else!

Brought my 2015 E350 Mercedes Benz to Import Service Centre for a second opinion for a cylinder misfiring issue after PEP Boys incorrectly misdiagnosed my car's issue as an internal engine failure due to a possible leaking head gasket or cracked engine block. What a relief and blessing it was when the head mechanic, Ray called to report that my car had been throughly re-tested and the cylinder misfire issue was caused for a faulty ignition coil. If your Mercedes needs repair or servicing and for the best service experience, don't take it to the dealer or any place other than Import Service Centre. Ray is a passionate, honest, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable mechanic. Truly legit and a rare find.

This shop worked on my BMW. Ray, the mechanic, was super helpful in letting me know what needed to be done now and what could wait as there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. It was very reassuring that he was able to help me vs trying to sell that didn't need to be done. I'm happy that I have found a mechanic that I can trust!

I cannot begin to say how terrible the service is at this place, I rarely post anything online ,however it should be shared, I cannot believe I went back twice, charged me for work I did not need , Dude that works there broke my headlight and told me to go to a car recycle yard and cut off a piece of a vehicle and some how install myself. I cannot make this stuff up, the owner on my second visit had to run out around the building to find said repair man who was mingling with people, for all others that had a good experience I am happy for you, but this employee ( only one i have ever seen) was terrible. And my headlight is still not aligned right after he tampered with it. He actually broke the carriage for the light. Said he could not fix it. My experience , true story.

Ray takes care of my 2005 Pleasureway Class B RV and has added some great modifications to give me a better ride. His service is very professional and he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I trust him to take care of my vehicle.

Great mechanics! Both Ray and Phil are very knowledgeable. Ray is excellent at troubleshooting and they keep our cars running great. Took me 7 years to finally find a mechanic in Brea area that does great work at reasonable prices. Started bringing our Toyotas (Tacoma & Prius) here in 2013 for routine maintenance and always got great service and fair prices. Now they work on our Range Rover and still do a great job. Have been to many other shops in the area with poor or high prices. I'd been looking for a good, reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop for years and that's what I found at Import Service Center. Highly recommend for all your mechanic needs, whether foreign or domestic vehicles!!

Phill is a super awesome gentleman. He took care of my car in a heartbeat and could instantly detect the problem my car was having in a matter of just one look at the problem area. I had that problem for years and no other mechanic could tell me what was wrong. He was a true gentleman with a high sense of regard for ladies. I love the service they provide and am so grateful to Phill. I live in Yorba Linda and will drive to Phill for my car problems forever as long as he will service my car.
