“Thank you so much Madison! Just really wanted to let management know this associate goes above and beyond for their customers. She was able to accommodate our request and made it well known she would take care of us without hesitation. Madison makes it obvious satisfaction is a priority and that wade us feel very welcome. As for Chase Suites Hotel, it's a simple five stars for me for Customer service, price and location! It's very convenient and close to everything. Rooms were clean and perfect for a quick staycation or business trip. I'd highly recommend and definitely coming back next trip to OC.”

“Centrally located in Brea. Short drive to Disneyland. Stayed over Christmas to visit family. All went well until Christmas Day. Someone decided to let the ENTIRE hotel know that Christmas had arrived by pulling the fire alarm at midnight on Christmas Day.The fire Almaraz not only went “Woop, Woop”, it also spoke in English. Kind of cool if it wasn’t midnight. It took the fire department about 10 minutes to arrive. Kind so slow in my opinion given this is in the heart of Brea. Took them another couple of minutes to give the all clear. What a way to spend Christmas Day. I suppose everyone got to open their presents early!”

“They are nice clean rooms have a parking spot for car and the man was so sweet let us park our car there while we went to legoland we definitely appreciate the accommodations that they gave us for the affordable price.”

“TL;DR nice staff, clean though aged rooms, decent bang for your buck. I booked with miles through an airline.Some points:- Bring your own toiletries. No toothpaste, and not a lot else is provided. The soap bars are small and brittle.- If you're in, keep the deadbolt on. Staff will attempt to enter your room with little to no warning (not with bad intentions, just unexpected).Overall had a good experience, but reading the other reviews, we'll see about the $100 deposit and how long that takes to be refunded.”

“This place is shabby. Every walkway is full of trash cans. Even pet hair is not cleaned. Beds are worst. I decided not to stay at any Extended Stay America. Sorry. They even charge you extra for few hours of Early check in.”
“This is a relatively new hotel in Brea and hence, the room is large and clean, the hotel facilities likewise are very well designed and new. Location is great too as its walking distance to the Brea Mall and they have ample car park although it's not free ($10/day). They have a nice pool area and bbq area which doesn't seem to be used for now. Gym and laundry room ($3 per wash/dry) is good too as shown in pics. The only downside is that they don't provide complimentary water (even for Gold elite) or laundry pods. Small issue but in some Marriott Hotels, these are free. Overall no complains at all.”
