Stacey is a horrible store manager! I have never been treated so poorly at a home goods, especially at this home goods. Even the cashier who was helping me looked stunned by Stacey’s unnecessary attitude. Stacey kept insisting she needed to get her line down before she could price check something for me, there was literally only one person in line and 4 cashiers working! I was like seriously (in my head). Her cashier quietly apologized as I think she was embarrassed by her store manager’s attitude. This was such a horrible and embarrassing experience!

I had a horrible experience while checking out ant this store with my daughter. I was trying to buy a candle set that was incomplete and was asking for a price Match to another candle set that was complete but while asking the cashier, the store manager Stacey butted it and was very rudely and loudly responded it’s not for sale. Usually they make a price and mark it down as final sale. I wasn’t asking for any price adjustments I was just trying to buy it. Absolutely horrible experience. This woman needs to be replaced as even the cashier kept opening her eyes wide open as Stacey’s approach was completely rude and unprofessional. They should absolutely have a different leader.

There's a White guy that works here that is so rude, it's unbelievable. He could be a manager, I hope not! Goes out of his way to keep a straight face and hates answering questions. How someone can be so hateful for no apparent reason is actually funny. Could it be a little man napolean complex? Maybe racist. I'm sure he's miserable. I would've loved to rub in his face my budgetless spending and flexible work hours compared to his slave job. That's why you had to carry my heavy item, loser. I'll still continue to be extremely friendly and respectful to everyone despite miserable little men like him. Speaking of heavy items, this location seems to receive a lot of rare and oversized decor items. Love it.

I enjoy this location. Customer service is friendly and selection is better than other locations. During the holidays I found a good number of teacher and family gifts! Displays are tidy and overall, cleaner.

Wow, what a store, My Favorite Home Goods. Have been using the Home Goods stores for years, Convenient, Well stocked, and always happy to look, see, and buy. Quality products, smiles all around with the staff, easy parking, safe, and do enjoy this particular location. At this store (205 West Imperial Hwy, Brea, CA) a Manager, named Sandie is/has been a blessing, with ideas, thoughts, smiles, and always eager to help/please. I've been visiting this home goods almost 1-2 times per months after moving in Brea!?: It is clean and staffs are nice. They restock stuff quite often. : If you want seasonal items such as valentines/ Halloween/ Christmas, I recommended start going 1-2 months before the holidays. Good items are gone so quickly.?: It is not cheap. You may find cheaper price at Ross or TJmaxx. (But I go here for more unique decorations).
