I honestly do not write reviews. However this establishment did a poor job on my cleaning. I brought in a dress from a wedding I wore that had stains and need to be clean. I showed the store associate where on the dress the spots were. I was told it would be $7 which I thought was low but thought oh it's a great deal. When I went to pick up my dress 2 days later I took it home and then tried it on for my husband when he noticed there were still spots on the dress. It looks like they literally just put a plastic bag over my dress and said done. I am not returning.

I come here frequently. Service is so friendly and my clothes always come back exactly as expected. Today as a matter of fact I went to have a dress pressed. Man behind the counter did it for me right then and there, only waited maybe 8 mins. Such a nice thing to do. I really appreciated that customer service and will be back. Highly recommend!

I went along with my friend to this cleaners. They don't have a yelp, so I am writing this for them. This place is beyond horrible, not only did they ruin my friends shirts (shrunk them) the owner was talking down to my friend because he said he wasn't going to pay for the items he was picking up. From my friend words, "They shrank 3 name brand shirt (over $300 worth) and when I confronted the owner regarding the matter, he stayed "what do you want me to do about it?" I told him I just want to pick the rest of my things up and that I wasn't going to pay because of him damaging my property. He then stated, "I don't care if you work in law enforcement you are a bad person take your things and don't come back to my store." He said he was mad because he lost out on $70, which was my total that I didn't pay. I am appalled at the way I was treated and will never return to give them my service and suggest you don't as well."

To the Hispanic gentleman at the front counter, thank you and bless you. I was running late to my grandmothers funeral and needed my shirt ironed. I stopped by and the gentleman took my shirt with no hesitation, walked away with it and returned with it fully ironed. I told him that I’m on my way to bury my grandmother and we appreciate you, thank you and how much do I owe you? The gentleman said, just go, don’t worry about it sir

The guy running the front counter is rude and clearly needs another profession. Customer service skills lacking here. Rude, is rude. Do yourself a favor people .. go elsewhere.

We just moved in the area and we tried another cleaners beforehand and hands down big difference on customer service and value. Rosie was friendly and welcoming! Fleetwood Cleaners will definitely be our choice moving forward. :)

my family has been coming to this location for years as the location is easily accessible to us when driving around town or out running errands. we do not visit often but when we need a certain shirt, dress or other material taken care of we know where to go. they always provide great service and take care of your clothing. we haven't had an issue and we hope to continue visiting with our cleaning needs.

Family living in Brea for decades recommended Fleetwood and I brought 2 items there for a cleaning and pressing, a white dress shirt and black dress pants, that had ink stains in the shirt pocket from a low quality cheap pen.Came back a few days later since it was a Friday and told me they wouldn't be done until Monday, and the stain was worse. They told me they tried everything to remove it but couldn't do anything. No refund offered. I went home, googled for 5 minutes how to remove ink stains and soaked the pocket in vinegar and oxy-clean then rubbed the stain out myself. Very disappointed. A random layman with 5 minutes of googling and no laundry experience should not be able to do a better job than a professional.On the positive both items were very well pressed.
