Will charge you extra overdraft fees if your account goes negative. There are better credit unions out there that actually provide over draft protection. And can actually explain why they are applying fees.

They deserve 0 stars. Been banking here for years back to when they had other names. Their service has become the worst. Their policies do not benefit their customers. I have the experience and I've seen how they've gone downhill. Avoid their credit cards for sure. Worst experience and worst service I've ever had with a credit card. There are other credit unions around. Go to those. Any one of those will be better. FPCU should be avoided totally. They are no longer customer service oriented. I've seen it happen.

Was just at the atm at the Brea CA branch to make a shared branching deposit and the ATM took my check but then said "sorry we are unable to do this transaction at this time" then it wouldn't give the check back to me!!! Tried to call the main FPCU number I found online and they told me that they couldn't help me, wouldn't even give me the phone # for the branch!!! Said its "a liability" if they give out the branch's phone #" WTF??? HELLO?. Their atm took my check and then cancelled the transaction without giving me the check back!!!!! I live in another state and am just here for the night and leave in the morning! This is unbelievable!

I come here and make payments every month. Andrea helps me every time on the kiosk. I'm not sure if she works with this branch or somewhere in Egypt, but I just want to leave a review for her. Always on point and ready to help.

Recently opened a new account and took out a signature loan. I received excellent customer service from Julian and I was surprised at how easy and fast the whole process was. My offered APR was substantially less than a loan I had financed through another institution and I intend to use their services for any future financial needs that may arise. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Poor customer service. I spoke to Jullian and he was not helpful at all. When I asked to speak to the Manager he transferred me to a call center. If this type of service is indicative of your branches customer support team, I suggest you replace or provide training.Based on this experience I am not likely to Recomend them.

I LOVE FPCU. I have been a member for many years. With FPCU I have access to 30,000 ATMs and over 5,700 shared branches. I travel a lot (pre pandemic and now again) Their mobile app is amazing. I have access to turn my card on and off- instantly, send money through Zelle-instantly. I just had fraud on my card and the credit union rep was so helpful- assisted me, ordered my card and now in the mobile app I can activate my new card. I love the automated tellers in the branch- a combination of member service through the video teller and the speed of an Automated machine. Additionally they have staff in the branch to guide you with any questions. The main reason I love this credit union is they always seem to be up on the latest technology and that is super important to me.

I feel I need to leave this review so this doesn't happen to someone else. I went into the Brea branch and was directed to Julian to get me started with opening a checking account. I also wanted to refinance a used car that I had just bought but did not have my current lender information yet. The application was completed and I was approved. Julian advised me to wait until I receive my current lender info and then we would transfer the auto loan. The auto refinancing was the only application for a loan that I completed and authorized. A few days later, Julian called to ask if I wanted to consolidate my debt. I told him I wanted to wait to complete the auto refinancing and then I would be open to discussing it further. He called me again later that week(Friday) and asked me again if I wanted to consolidate my debt. I once again told him I wanted to wait to complete the auto refinancing and then we would talk about it next week. On Monday, I receive a call from the Branch Manager, Lindsey. She told me I was approved for a consolidation loan!! I was so confused and let her know that I had never applied for a consolidation loan. The only loan I applied for was the auto loan. I asked her who submitted an application on my behalf for the consolidation loan and she said, Julian. I told her that I never authorized him to submit an application for me and told him I wanted to wait until after the auto loan was complete. It was disturbing to know Julian would take it upon himself to fill out and submit an application for a loan without my knowledge or authorization. Is that even legal for him to do? I am no longer a member. I love Brea and always want to support businesses but I felt I needed to let people know about my experience.

Omg where do I start this companies a MESS don't do business with Partners listen to the reviews. Kimberly Strenth in the under writing department is an absolute waste of time. I have a car loan that has been successfully 60% paid off in less than 5 months I've shown bank statement that my income is over 20k a month. My tax guy is amazing and I have write offs. My credit is good. And I've been denied for a credit card. These people are absolute morons. Deal with someone else other than this company's. I have been loyal and now I will have to find another company to work with. Ready the reviews proof is in the pudding.
