This is basically a store for women. Although their ads make it appear this store is for men and women...the store had only two racks of men's clothes. The rest of the entire store is for women only. Quite a disappointment.

Walked in with my Nephew on 03/05/23 to check out their selections for men which is displayed between the cashier and the door. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of options for men. What's more disappointing that really made me uncomfortable and felt really disrespected was the Cashier who constantly watched us as if we were going to steal something. I was hoping she would ask us if we needed help, but she just kept turning her attention over at us while helping other customers with their check outs. I did not want to cause a scene, so I'm venting my disappointment here. I'm a 20-year retired U.S. Navy Veteran. Stealing would never ever be in my to-do list!

Great selection of athleisure wear at reasonable prices. Sign up to be a member and score big on sale prices, especially during the holidays. Also whatever style/color/size they don't have in store, they can order online and have shipped for free to your home in about a week's time.

Came here for the first time with my wife to get some new workout gear. They have so many styles and color choices to choose from. Store is very organized. The customer service is awesome! We were helped from beginning to end. Excited to buy some more clothing on my next visit. If your looking for trendy workout clothing this is the place to be. Do not let signing up to be a member intimidate you, just ask questions and understand how it works!

Online Customer service was horrible. They scam you with their two for 24. When you go to check out they enroll you in their paid VIP membership for $54. Billed every month unless you call to cancel on only certain days. The customer service agent told me that there was no way to get the $24 deal unless you did the paid membership. Total scam you don't get something for nothing that's for sure. Read the fine print ladies!

I've seen the ads before on television, and I love Kate Hudson, so when I saw the store I just had to take a look. I wasn't expecting to anything for men because all the commercials the brand is pushed towards woman. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a tiny section for men. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The associates were polite and welcoming. They asked for what i was looking for, and told me not to be shy if I had any questions or wanted to try anything on. The store is well air conditioned, the displays are chic, the layout is easy to navigate, the dressing rooms are next level !! There is also water available where the dressing rooms are located. They even have a nice big mirror in and out of the dressing room in case you want to show any friends you bring along how you look! Lindsey was such a huge help in particular. Super great woman, kind hearted, positive, great communicator, and well-informed. She told me about the membership Fabletics offers, which includes very generous discounts!! Definitely go and check out this store! Highly recommend for women, and men go ahead and check it out too, they have a small but mighty fine collection to choose from.

Its weird that it's more expensive in the store. I have a lot clothes from them by which sales ladies said I could work there lol. I like their changing room a lot its computerized with my name and what I picked out. These minty spring greens are coming out so I got a stretchy bra and another bra that was light cucumber green. They gave me a coupon for another day but that's not practical; their coupons should have more leeway of time.

My daughter and I visited the store for some online purchase returns. Ashley and Emily were literally FANTASTIC!!! The were friendly, personable and professional and eager to make our shopping experience amazing. Ashley explained to me in layman's terms how the Fabletics membership system works and even showed me several outfits to help me get the most for my accumulated points! Emily was even friendly with my French Bulldog who happened to be with us. The customer service displayed at this location by these two ladies was truly OUTSTANDING and will keep customers like me coming back!!!

I love love love how fashionable and comfortable Fabletics is. when purchasing in store I have had a few issues with some of their staff not being trained properly on their system and being over charged or not knowing how to return or exchange something. I hate hate hate ordering online. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order. i know we are in a pandemic but i have been ordering from other stores and getting my things faster. its to the point where i do not want to order online if this is how long it is going to take but they do not always have the same stuff online as they do in the store or they do not carry the correct size. i am being patient because i feel this company has some simplifying to do in regards to ordering, returning, store pick up(would be nice), and overall getting products out a bit quicker.
