Friendly, no waiting in line, store and merchandise was easy to find. Great experience with my return, shopped more and happy with the free shipping and fast delivery. This is my favorite store to shop for my husband.

I had the opportunity to interact with 5 different associates at the Brea, California location. Every person was kind and helpful. My wife was really impressed with the level of help offered while we shopped.

I went to the store in Kansas City when I was visiting my son & his family. He loved the clothes there, so I purchased a gift certificate for him for Father's Day. I was so happy that there was a store close to my house here in California. The store were both very organized & had a wide variety of men's clothes.

Today I stopped in and helped by samantha, I wasn't in a huge shopping mood but I needed a few essentials... She's very helpful and showed me how to use my bonus points and honored my coupon. I'm making a special point about reviewing it.Because customer service is lacking at a lot of places but she went above and beyond.......

I like this store so it was my first stop on my quest for a tuxedo. While I was browsing the suit a young lady approached us with a computer pad glued to her face. “Sorry we don’t have tuxedos” never looking away from the pad. No effort to switch me to a suit or to turn her attention away from the pad. My wife almost lost it so we left. Lousy effort, poor result.

I love DXL......for me being a big and tall guy this store is perfect. FYI if you are a regular 3XL you would buy a 2XL here remember to size one down with this store. This Brea location is nice and clean and the service Is top notch the store attendant was so nice and polite he definitely helped out his name was George really nice and helpful guy...
