Our expactation was to visit Custom Comfort showroom, get educated try out beds based on our needs and get pricing. We met Chris at our scheduled time accomplished this goals but felt so comfortable with Chris' knowledge we moved forward with the purchase! The bed will be installed next week so will have more to share then.

Got a new zero gravity adjustable bed to help with my sleep apnea. Roland greeted me and helped me tremendously in choosing the right bed for my specific needs. No pushy salespeople. Staff was great. Delivery guys helped set up my new bed flawlessly. Would highly recommend this mattress store for anyone looking to buy a new bed. And by the way, my new bed has helped tremendously with my sleep apnea!

Over 15 years ago I purchased several pillows from CCM and they were amazing. Unfortunately they were lost over the years during several moves. For the last year, I had trouble finding pillows that were comfortable and didn't aggravate a bad shoulder. I remembered the CCM pillows and on Christmas Eve, I made a special trip to Orange County from the central coast to purchase new ones. Crystal was so helpful and kind and I received the pillows in the mail about a week later. Unfortunately, they were not the pillows I had picked out. I was super bummed as pillows can't be returned or exchanged. I just let the situation go but, it just gnawed at me. I sent an email to CCM explaining the situation. Within minutes, "Gary" reached out to me to find out what happened. A couple more minutes later, he called and wanted to make it right. Gary sent me the two pillows I had ordered and I received them not 48 hours later. They were perfect and I have slept incredibly comfortable since, and no more shoulder pain. Thank you Gary! I so appreciate your stellar customer service and I will be back soon for one of your dreamy mattress toppers. Thank you Custom Custom Mattress!

My shoulders could not take the discomfort of my previous mattress, and I was desperate to get to a mattress store ASAP. Luckily I looked up a store near me and "Custom Comfort Mattress Brea" was still open, got there 15 minutes before they closed, went in and said I need a new twin size mattress, what is the most comfortable thing you've got. The showroom specialist Crystal was very professional, helpful, and informative regarding my inquiry. Before I made a decision she made sure I tested out the twin size mattresses that were available, and I easily found the mattress that did not hurt my shoulders, asked if they had any in stock and was luckily enough they had one for me to take home that same night. Josh was nice enough to help carry the mattress to my car. It has been two nights since i got it and I have no regrets, and should I change my mind I feel very comfortable knowing that Crystal and Josh are there to help.

I'm on my second mattress from Custom Comfort and I love it!! The mattress itself is extremely high quality. We purchased the adjustable bed which is amazing! I love being able to raise my legs and head. The best part is not having to prop myself up with 4 pillows to be able to read and watch tv in bed. The purchase experience was excellent as well. The staff at the Brea store is very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each bed we tried and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Purchasing from Custom Comfort is a great way to support a local company, too! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience. I was greated right away. Nate my sales guy was very patient with me and demonstrated, explained all the benefits and features of the many different styles and comforts to choose from. I never felt pressure to buy and felt confident in my ultimate choice.Everyone was super nice and very professional and I'm getting my custom bed delivered in a week. Pleasant low pressure sales experience.. being repeat customers, and happy with previous purchases, a hard sell wouldn’t have been needed. Our salesperson this day was Roland Trudell..actually one of the Custom Comfort execs… super nice, enjoyed hearing personal stories about his life immersed in the business..quality people, quality products..funny how that works out.

I had an excellent experience here. I saw an ad for a mattress on sale and went to this location. Nate was our salesman and when I told him about the sale ad he took me right to that model, no pressure or upselling. They were very attentive and the delivery scheduling was easy. The mattress is super comfortable. This is a wonderful, locally owned company that makes a great product.

On August 2nd, my wife and I bought an adjustable queen size mattress from Nate. He certainly knew the products (mattresses) very well. Using the link in the text Nate sent to my phone, I scheduled to have the mattress delivered on August 14th. A few days after we bought the mattress in his store, Nate called us to say the adjustable mechanism for our mattress was on back order and we would not get our mattress until some time in September. The company should have told Nate the adjustable part of the mattresses were on back order. The factory forced Nate to make a promise he could not keep. This is very unprofessional and does not reflect well on the company in general.

EXTREMELY simple and easy. I had done alot of research on sleep number and could not wrap my head around the price. I was refered to this location based on what I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised. Every question I had, was given an answer and within 45 minutes it was clear this location was the winner. Less than a week for shipping and I am very happy so far. If you need a new bed with everything sleep number beds offer, but far cheaper, this is the place.

After shopping and researching other mattresses we came to the conclusion that our best value and comfort was to purchase our mattress at Custom Comfort. Roland was great. No pressure. Just honest facts and really worked to help us get the right mattress. Did not try to over sell us.
