“I really recommend this chase bank of probably one of the best in this area of Orange County. I only know this branch and various ones in Newport Beach at the coast. All the bank tellers here are helpful and friendly, and so are all the Bankers at the desks and the Investment Advisor Banker. I recommend coming in at off hours or slower times if you need more advanced help and questions. I had ridiculous rough experiences at the credit union nearby with the branch manager, so I can always rely on this Chase for a way better experience. Please show the staff here some respect and courtesy!”

They got me the copy of my cleared check. But us bank wouldnt still clear it so I came back and alber helped me wire money to my account quickly. Funds were in my account in less than 30 minutes. “I just wanted to take the time to appreciate Leslie Linares, she was very helpful with sending my wire for my first time buying a home and also helped me multiple times in sending other wires. The first time I needed to send wire, I forgot to make an appointment online and called her just 15 mins before closing, she still accomodated me and in fact stayed extra 20 minutes post closing time to ensure I get the best service.
