Worst experience at this location. I came in to return my order and they ordered one of the items for me to be shipped to my house. The other two I returned. Turned out they couldn't put it back to the card so I asked for a giftcard . They said they can't do that and I would need to shop right then and there. I wanted to re order the pants I wanted online but refused to give me even a giftcard. I decided to just end up shopping there and used my "credit". I go home and I look at the receipt. Turns out the guy helping me didn't even order the right size I needed . This made me so upset because not only could I not buy what I wanted to online, but the cashiers didn't even order me the right size I asked for . I never write a review but this was just an awful experience. Now I have to wait for this order to be shipped and return it as well.

The store was too tight you couldn't walk without bumping into people. We stood in the checkout line for 30 minutes. The line was barely moving with 20 people in line. There were only 2 clerks there and half way through one left. So then only one person was belong the line. There were other employees at the store but they were putting away clothes instead of helping the long line. I would not want to go back to this store. The customer service was horrible.

i have been here twice. the first time the staff was not helpful in helping me put together outfits, i asked for opinion and she gave me short one word responses and walked away. she looked very unhappy to be there and i took her demeanor to be very rude. i decided to try one more time thinking maybe it was just that girl. i went a second time and the SAME experience with a DIFFERENT employee. the company should really be instructing their staff to be more customer friendly, smile and be welcoming! i have talked to several other people and they think the same thing. it's just a matter of time that this company will not last if more and more people feel this way. the cost of the products is also very high which i wouldn't mind paying for if the atmosphere was better. never going back and will continue to share my experience with others.

I've been trying to call a corporate number or write to a corporate email for days without any success. This Yelp account says it's unclaimed by the business but it's my last resort. I was at the Brea, CA store on Sunday, Nov 27th. I had the pleasure of having ARIELLE help me with a return. Rather than saying "no receipt, too bad", she guided me through steps where I was able to make the return. ARIELLE was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Recognizing and commending ARIELLE as a valued employee would be the right thing to do here.

I absolutely love this store to shop for my kids! The clothes are well made, price is decent and the there is a huge variety of gender neutral items. The only complaint I have is the staff. The cashier at the register, male, blonde, wore glasses. SUPER RUDE. I had a return but was also making a purchase. As I handed him everything I could feel and see the negative energy coming from this guy. I let it go, maybe it was rbt. It wasn't! I wanted the remaining balance back onto my debit card. He told me I needed to use my credit card, I explained I used my debit card not a credit card. If the boy had hair I'm sure he would have flipped it, because the sass that came out when he heard debit lol. I don't understand why my debit card was such an issue for him. The card number matched, the money went right back on like I knew it would, but the way he talked to me was like I was beneath him. "You used credit!!" came out like he was discussed with my form of purchase. I won't go too far into detail here, I've already reached out to managment, but.. let me tell you. IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEAVE. Don't ruin a brands reputation because you suck at your job.

I came in here April 20th to make a return, the cashier was extremely rude. He looked like he did not want to do his job. Honey, if you don't like your job quit.

If I could I'd give this place ZERO stars. The first time I came in I was greeted by sleezy employees that look like they don't even want to work there. This kid working there was wearing a tank top, patchy facial hair and looked completely unprofessional was goofing around flirting with his coworker and rather pay attention to her than help me look for a shirt that was my size-how professional. If you're going to hire couples please be sure to separate them so they can actually get work done! The second time I went around last week I was assisted by a very rude girl I believe her name was alicia or Patricia? Whatever her name was she was really short with me, rude and constantly sighed when I asked her for more sizes and if I could order online. The same kid came back I guess after his break and i caught his name was Andrew and again can't help but to start being disruptive and flirtatious with those around him- worst store I've been to. Get better employees.

Used to work here for a short period of time a while ago so it was nice to stop by and see what was new. The store was well kept and prices were low, good sales offers (like any standard retail store). Writing this review mainly because the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though 2 other workers I interacted with were also very nice and helpful, in particular, Patricia (I think that was her name) was amazing--helped me with everything I needed, and took the extra time to ensure I was satisfied! Would definitely recommend someone to come here just because of her service!

This Mall still has that classic 80s feel to it, the only one that doesn't have signs that it has seen better days very classy Simon owned property with all the bells and whistles of a nostalgic Mall back in the day

Brea Mall has all the mall essentials plus a little more. There's plenty of variety in shops along with food/snack/coffee places. Parking was plentiful and close by. There was really nothing to complain about. There was a furniture outlet store in JC Penny which I thought was cool. Sales at Spencer's, Hot Topic, and more. The smell of Wetzel's pretzels as I passed it was amazing. Like I said there was a variety of shops and the mall was clean and spacious with 2 stories (escalators available) of stores to browse through. I am def a fan of this mall.

Brea Mall has lots of fine shop's And Major Development stores Food court my world. The only thing missing is the Movie theater to bad for not Having a place for fun.

Customer service needs a lot of work. No one available for the fitting room, had to flag an associate down... asked if he worked there and he responded as if he wasn't even sure that he worked there (even with his cotton on lanyard around his neck while folding clothes). Also there was a very long line, one cash register open in a very small store mind you while a male "who appeared to be a manager" gave another associate some type of coaching while out on the floor in front of everyone when they could've been servicing other customers and reduce the amount of people waiting to checkout.
