“I haver been frequenting this location more often lately for my daily sundries. Beforehand, I would typically select any convenient store on the way home from work, but have now chosen this select location for several reason. This location is very clean and offers everything i need to end my day. But the most important reason is the customer service. Most staff is friendly, but HASSAN is by far the most comprehensive and friendliest of the staff. He is courteuous and consise. He is quick to process my order and readies what I need behind counter before I get to the register. As an Extra Miles rewards member, He makes sure I receive the full benefits of membership and reminds me if I forget anything. Not only does he have a positive disposition, but always brings a bright demeanor to his customers. This level a customer service reminds me why I choose this Extra Mile for all my needs on the and/or to work.Thank you Hassan!”

“I like spending time here. I live on Hay Street and it is just before reaching the Freeway. It has good lighting at night and it is clean. There is no homeless in the area either. ??”

“Store's pretty clean and all the workers are very sweet. Sadly they aren't 24 hours after the shooting. My only issue is it does get kinda crazy if you go in afterwards the middle school gets out of class from across the street.”

“This is a great store, and the people working there have 100% cordial. Note that SUNDAY they open at 11:00, not 9:00 a.m. Lunch is 1:30-2:00. (Other sites don't have the correct Sunday start time!)”

“Please spend your money here, you won't regret it!! They are respectful of CoVid restrictions and maintain A++ cleanliness. Also, please keep in mind as you read this that I have lived in East Brea since 1992, when this store, along with the Italian restaurant, were the only businesses operating in this center. I have seen many changes, but am writing this review because I am so impressed with Justin, the owner and how he will go the extra mile, literally, to make certain his customers are well taken care of. Example: Last night, A bottle of 1942 Don Julio Tequila was ordered as a surprise, celebrating my new job, by an out-of-town friend. It was ordered online through (Drizy?- I am not certain about ordering platform)...anyway, I discovered that I had the bottle in my hands within 15 minutes of the order being placed, which was a surprise to me....carefully delivered to my front door by Justin. (going that extra mile again!). Geez! It took longer for me to get my child to school on most days! Great CoVid adaptation and customer service keeping the doors open throughout the pandemic. We all appreciated (and needed) you! Ownership is in the right hands and the people who work their have character and care. East Brea can be traffic daunting. Living in Country Hills and visiting this little store, week after week, is similar to going into "Cheers"..."where everybody knows your name". You need something? Beverage, lunch, essentials?...whatever you need- they have it and Ryan, Don, Anabelle or Natalie will help you locate it, They are open long hours and I always leave with a smile. Thanks guys, for so many years of kindness and convenience. See ya when I return from Hobbs!”

“I like this chain of 7/11 in every other block and every other city or suburb in US and in some other parts of world. Many of them are open 24 hrs. It's very handy owing to the fact that many shops in the US tend to close before 10pm. When you want to buy some necessities at late night a 7/11 is your last resort. We bought a crate of water bottles here cause our hotel didn't provide us. Many things people are available here drinking water, beverages, snacks, chocolates, cigarettes etc. A 7/11 is a life saver when late at night you need something.....????????”

“Everyone there is great, Neil 5 star Pharmacist. There has been twice when Neil has helped me out tremendously. As you know Insurance is Insurance and their number goall is to save money, for themselves. They would not cover one of my medications I needed w out Dr. Approval (advice always do your prescriptions during your doctors hours)Since it was Friday I would not be able to talk to her till Monday, and take this RX on daily basis. So with nothing left to do I said I guess I’ll have to pay for it, Neil said let me see if I can find a coupon for that. He was able to take 50% off! I’ve had to buy this medication from another CVS and they never offered that ( Their app has 3rd party system type in medication and see how much u can save) He again saved the day today, with a staff member telling me the computer wasn’t gonna let me fill prescription until 31st a day when I would be left with none. So I called and wrote a message, yea a message you guys should really take advantage of their app, it has saved me SO much time and money. But Neil worked on it and was able to get it filled and by insurance with less than 10 min closing time. They called and said if you can make it here before 8pm. I didn’t think they were gonna call me back, and not only did they called me back, Neil fixed my problem. Sometimes in a pharmacy it’s who you talk to, don’t get mad at employee he’s reading computer, nicely ask to talk to a Pharmacist, like Neil.”

“Compliments to the owners of THIS location, near PK Burgers and Whole Foods. The neighborhood kids ride their bikes for treats to THIS 7-11 and are treated with dignity, respect and like paying adult customers. Such a fun experience, thank you for being pleasant. (Unlike the 7-11 in Yorba Linda on Lakeview and Yorba Linda - by auto parts store - where heavy set cashier believes it OK to threaten, harass, cuss and yell at the kids to "get out of my store" while pointing a baseball bat.)”
